What causes dissatisfaction?

Current dissatisfaction leads to that of Government and riots occur everywhere----use of killing weapon for their own people----this kind of miserable phenomena had been reported so many times. I hope to be made the calm and hard decision by the Authorities and Leaders in all over the world.
