The victim by SARS CoV-2 have exceeded 200 million in number at last all over the world. The nuance of the statement by Authority changes gradually and sometimes suddenly on Necessity of Vaccination for COVID-19, how come? Do we find out any professional belongs to Virology but Infectious Disease? Remember, our enemy this time is not Bacteria but Virus that makes Mutant Strain at all? As our common sense, the business of Virus is nothing but Mutant Strain production in different ways. All the member in our Government Executive are just Laymen without any expertise.
