New applicant for KMA OT&GA meeting

The tail gear of PILOT Junior was fabricated that had been long thrown away, the limited date 9th next month obliged me to do it at any rate. The KMA GA & OT meeting is very near that would be held at Uji Kyoto, twice a year, in Spring and Autumn .
As I make it a rule to exhibit newly constructed model every time, PILOT Junior is the applicant this time.
Elevator servo and rudder servo mount is prepared already, positioning and fixation is the task for the next time, motor servo mount is already fabricated. Horns setting and rod linkages are the tasks left undone now.
More 2 to 3 days work would overcome this work. Lasting hot days are not good way for apology.
Previous day 8th September is the day for muscle work performed at the distant place, 2 and a half hours drive by car.
Anyway, contribution to my favorite group is the best way to feel happiness, instead of Self-attachment.

Hopeful news this evening

I was moved so much after watching the Asian Swimming Championship Competition held at Jakarta Indonesia a few minutes ago, the name of the athlete is Rikako Ikee, she has gotten 6 Golden Medals in total in this competition, it's a premature accomplishment at all.
Her Powerful energy with incredible potentials was fully transmitted through the TV screen.
Hopeful activities of young Japanese Athletes provide future dreams not only for all the Japanese people but for the people in all over the countries.

Typhoon #20 passed

Threatening typhoon #20 passed while sleeping in Osaka area with no apparent damage this morning.
Rain striking from lateral side on the disk brake caused rusting phenomena on the surface, red rusting often causes substantial defect, it should be removed ASAP.
Brake disk wear might be caused mainly by rusting phenomena on the surface instead actual physical caliper activation.
Every Typhoon attack brings more cooler climate condition as usual, late Summer would disappear soon.

As for my writing business, judging from my circumstantial condition, construction and style of the book might be changed and the name of the author would not be announced but just a Pen Name.

A Creed

I was moved from the bottom of my heart by a creed found in the Website a few years ago.
These description should be bear in mind not only as a member of medical field but as a human being.
Though I'm not in the Christianity, I apreciate this religeon utmost if this kind of expression is done.
The sublime way of thinking strikes minds of mankind overcoming the rage of race, religeon and age.

Refreshing morning

It's the first morning this Summer to have a cool, fresh and comfortable air! This refreshing condition must have been brought by the pressure relations between the Continental High Pressure and that of Pacific Ocean, as we are now in Autumn on the calender, we may have this kind of easy to pass climate.
No apology is forgiven to delay my work in this condition, I must do anything seriously.
I'm asked to be a member of the executive officer in the Hobby group, I must be busy from now.
According to the way of thinking by Adler, we should pay attention more on the contribution to the others than on self sticking.
Accompanied by a falling Sun of myself, I feel the same as as his opinion naturally. All the desire of myself have been diminishing these days.

Modification on STOCK


STOCK 60-3 is under construction with several modifications, upper part of fuselage on the cockpit is covered with 5 mm thickness balsa sheet accepting the shape of fuel tank situated at the Center of Gravity point.
Retractable main gear holes under the main wing are covered with 2 mm thickness balsa sheet also, in order to reinforce the jointing line thing grass fiber sheet will cover including aileron servo holes, fixed main gear made of carbon fiber would be invited.
1700 mm wing span and 50 dm2 wing area show the result, lack of power might happen if regular 60 size motor is invited even with Tuned Pipe.
Countermeasure for that inconvenience might be carried out because of less power, OS 90 FX motor is prepared.  For the sake of oversized motor, main gear size should be stout enough to accept 14" size propeller.
Anyway, it is not an easy task to make up F3A stunt model to fry and to set up meeting with the competition.

STOCK 60-3

Akizuki Product's STOCK 60-3 is now under construction, several modification based on the concept, weight reduction are performed on the way, fuselage reinforcement 3 mm thickness Sinaveniya is round haled in some portion, aileron is also round haled, weight reduction procedure would be done on rudder and elevator parts by means of the same manner.
As for landing gear, all the retractable gears would be eliminated in stead of fixed carbon style light weight one.
By some desperate effort for weight saving, total mass would be below 3,300 gr in dry weight.
Power source would be YS 60 FR without any bewilderment.
The lack of tank space on the CG point in the fuselage obliged me to modify the cabin space into round shape.
Fixed landing gear system eliminates the complicated retractable mechanism and 2 retract servos, also long linkage.
30 gr sophisticated FUTABA servos, model BLS173SV would be invited for all the moving parts.
An original purpose to survive my old hobby, model airplane powered by 10 cc motor would start at last.
All the inconvenience would be eliminated because of small size motors are now equipped if 10 cc motor model is invited.
So the satisfaction would be obtained from the bottom of my mind.

Akizuki STOCK 60-3


40 years old F3A stunt model kit, "Akizuki STOCK" is now started to start by myself, remembering my past this is the 5 th trial in total. My skill in F3A field had been nourished by this specific STOCK. As the designer Mr. Akizuki was a best leader in our flying club, so all the information could be obtained asking him directly.
This memories stunt model is very special for me, because I took part in All Japan Stunt Competition held at Utsunomiya in Tochigi Prefecture over 30 years ago.
Consequently, I would like to enjoy this model by both constructing and flying, foamed Urethane balsa planking wings are almost completed priory, only the fuselage construction task is required. The classic competition style meeting would survive again with 10 cc motor. I have enough confidence to pull out it's performance ultimately now.
Also, the representative of Hattori muffler company said, the most interesting period was that of 60 motors.
I would like to build up ASAP, and to enjoy my passed good days.

60 class main wing

The first day of Autumn this year begins tomorrow.
I'm still waiting for it yet, more comfortable season as usual.
I could endure high temperature last year at the same place, but this year impossible to do the same, over 38 degree centigrade is above my capability in my working room.
Consequently, working tools and devices were moved to my sleeping room for a temporally evacuation.
60 class rectangular main wing was fabricated this week withdrawing in my home.  Dihedral angle is zero degree with symmetric airfoil shape, recent controlling devices do not always require horizontal stability based on dihedral concept half a century ago.
47 dm2 wing area but with 13 % thickness airfoil would reveal some good maneuver performance.
45 rear exhaust motor with Tuned Pipe might be a choice as the power source, YS 45 FR, ENYA 45 CXL and OS 46 VR are applicants.
