An oldest YS60 motor


I have obtained YS 60 motor from Yahoo Auction as usual, this is the first period production of Yamada Manufacturing Co., not Schnuerle scavenging but self cross flow method with ringed piston. As for much surprise, the distorted carburetor body is  connected with front housing, so they are one piece cast design. The angular distorted intake port resembles with Italian Super Tiger 46 model.

Long thrown away untouched motor containing oxidized residual grow fuel has some miserable result, rusting, stuck with hard vanish and carbon. In spite of sever condition as it has, my sweaty and desperate effort could disassemble it thoroughly at last.
Careful checking by removing smear layer on the crank shaft supporting main bearing surface suddenly stopped my working, #6002 does not exist in my stock, before disassembling imagined I to be #6902, because JIS 69 line bearing had been mainly invited for 60 motors by every company, especially the latter YS models, 6902 is for 60SR and #6903 is for 60FS and 60FR, those are my favorite ones with the most familiarity.
Careful checking on original #6002 main bearing after removing clogged sludge and vanish dust, no destructive damage and backlash in radial direction were observed, but frontal bearing #608Z was damaged by rusting. So, only frontal bearing was replaced into new one found in my stock.

Work finishing accuracy is very high reflecting some motivational great energy by Mr. Yamada at that time. Rear cover plate has a engraving for gas flow to the secondary combustion room as shown.
Even old fashioned YS 60 motor has well designed over deeper consideration with fuel pressurized and regulator controlling system, including fine finishing technology, front housing engraving for crank shaft bearings, their distance is precisely machined, probably this motor would become with Golden Age models such as MK Thunderbird or Taurus establishing pressurized stable fuel supply relying on marvelous YS regulator system. In addition, the muffler for old ENYA 60X just fits for this 60 motor without any modification.
I'm sure to invite this motor on my new GA construction in very near future.

Tuned Pipe setting on YS45FR

8 mm extension backward of Tuned Pipe on "Hornet" could make an ordinary condition of YS 45 FR motor, the adjustment procedure following Mr. Sugawara's suggestion was to the point. Scientifically proved truth and fact do not change no matte how he is not our world. 15 degree opening regulator adjustment on the middle speed mixture made the stability and transition more certain.

OS 32 FX motor under normal aspiration was tested on PILOT Ace B prioritizing on the suitable peak needle point, because the fault on that point spoiled the challenge at Toyokawa meeting the other day. As a matter of fact, even with normal condition I should not be suffered from "lean needle valve setting" in the scenery of a second half.

My intimate friend came with me for early morning flight training, who is a quite a stranger in Radio Control Model Airplane field. Almost retired person as a representative of a foreign trading company as he is, he has enough time to focus and immerse on our hobby field and have I some planning to pull into ours.
Now I'm looking up to a slow flight glider hanging down from the ceiling, TETRA Phimpy 15.
Even now a days, the temperature of my working room exceeds 36 degree, so eager I some air-conditioning system. Heated cortex prevent me from proceeding to constructing works.

Motors for MK Star series

Preparing for the next meeting on 24th September, MK Star series, 15 and 06 are under construction, interchangeable 6 motors are so modified to apply rubber mounting method.
Rubber material applied in motor mounting spaces are indispensable buffer to prevent vibration caused by combustion, so to speak knocking vibration.
This method extends lives of servo potentiometer inside. Otherwise the vibration would be propagated everywhere to the body, especially the main wing would play a part of some speaker vibrating plates resulting to noisy flight.
OS 25 FP, Thunder Tiger 25 and ancient Maccoy 19 are for 15 and OS 10 FSR, OS 11 CZ and ENYA 09 are for 06 promptly. Maccoy 19 wears ENYA carburetor and one-off muffler adaptor for OS 702 muffler.
I must make haste to be on time at D-Day. Outfitting of servos and linkages takes time for 2 model airplanes contrary to my early expectation.
I made a way off the road by making balsa cutting for new "Tauri"  as my habitual escape behaviors. Natural and innate bad trend of myself does not change from my childhood after living over a half century.

YS 45 FR motor in unstable and stopping in the second half of the maneuver pattern shows that the time is come to extend the Tuned Pipe backward.
Thank to a precious advice by Mr. Yasufumi Sugawara who had been a chief staff of Ogawa Precision Mfg. Co. , the countermeasure could be imagined immediately.
Remembering my past, he gave me tremendous advises, they were not mealy thought opinions but were all scientifically proved truth and fact from a standing point of view as a manufacturer, based on actual trial and experiments.
But now it is impossible to hear from him anything, because he had gone away  high up to the sky a few years ago, leaving me much gorgeous memories.

Natural flying object




Finding out a dead dragonfly " Gynyangma", checked it I so carefully as to regarding a flying object.
All the construction is so designed to be suitable for fly and move quickly to catch worms and escape from predators.
Wings are very light with necessary physical strength forming beautiful shape, and their movements are precisely controlled by Myoneural system.
Sophisticated eyes are big round compound covering wide angle, gathering more information around to keep their safety.
Fuselage is thin Exoskeleton construction with several joints, provably there must be many muscles without lean.
The color designing is distinguishable for opposite gender, nothing but beautiful without any break down from every direction, contrast, color coordination and vividness are critically balanced.
Is it possible to make the same utilizing recent industrial technology such as servo controlling and computer controlling programming?
The answer is easily guided to negative, because we cannot give it the ultimate capability to create the next generation.

New "Tauri"

The main parts of enlarged "Tauri" have prepared with balsa material, relatively large horizontal stabilizer area and additional axial extension of main wing might meet with a 60 motor with an ordinary muffler. 60 4-cycle acceptable motor mount space would be invited 2-cycle motors without any desperate effort including CG adjustment. In addition, symmetrically designed airfoil with 20% camber must play considerable aerodynamic resistance, so the possibility of introducing 60 motor would be high.
YS 60 SR or 60 FS would be mainly burdened on this new construction, in addition, OS 60 FSR, ENYA 60X, OPS 60 and K&B 60 for the military target machine towing  airplane would be tested under the condition of YS Regulator System equipped.
Anyway, great interests & Joyful moment with new "Tauri" would be desired.

Mosquito attack

Whenever I water to flowers in the garden, I'm suffered from some mosquito attack now a days. Though I do not mind to share my own blood and body fluid for the sake of the same living things on the Earth also they are the senior to have appeared here. What I cannot accept is nothing but itching feeling the point their needle was inserted more over inevitable vector diseases with Bacteria and Virus brought by the affair. From their standing point of view, importing some blood of another living bodies is the indispensable ceremony to mature their eggs to maintain the next generation, desperate death actions at all.
They have some enzyme to prevent blood coagulation while importing liquid containing clotting protein, this is why we feel scratching itch.
I know that we should not kill living things on the Earth immoderately, but I myself also must live safe, so I take some moderate way to keep them away, burning am I Mosquito coil in my working room.

New commers


Marvelous model motors came to me at hand from Yahoo Auction, one is Super Tigre S2000 & another is HGK 45 SF, both of them are NIB condition.
As the span length 2000 mm Sport model had been obtained, ST motor would be burdened on it near future, as for HGK 45, the model is under construction, also it would be burdened as an experiment. HGK is basically a racing motor manufacture, I'm not sure what kind of performance it will show.
Anyway feel I better to have obtained them today, I'm exited a bit.
I went for a flight to the place with one week interval to ascertain the condition of YS fuel regulator, it passes enough to be set regularly in maneuver stunt models.
It's available as rutain fuel supply system at all and is possible to apply another conventional motors with different dimensions if the carburetor has the fuel filtering mechanism is equipped, because the regulator cannot control a fuel supply at idle speed under pressurized construction.
More additional experiments would be performed with several motors I'm keeping. Physical properties would be completely different from normal way use, changed into not worse but far better, in another words, an innate capability and potential would be pulled out utmost by applying YS Regulator system.
These motors make me stirred at all, just go ahead and make haste to build up new model construction, enlarged "Tauri"!.

Unfavorable weather condition


Long  lasting rain falls these days, especially heavy this morning, prevent me from going out for a flight training for as long as several days.
40 class shoulder wing stunt trainer model is now under construction, 20 ribs for a main wing were molded yesterday, also fuselage plate imitated "Tauri" by Ed Kazmirsuki enlarging to 40 size. Tail stabilizers, vertical & horizontal ones would be prepared today, parts for landing gears are in my junk box news.
Several side exhaust port type motors, OS, ENYA, YS, OPS, Super Tigre and Webra would be tested on this airplane soon. Also, YS fuel pressure regulator would be burdened with some confidence because the way to adjust it is well experienced and the technology is established already.

The normal conditioned carburetor under natural aspiration and fuel pressurized speed controlling are different from each other, the change of fuel supply amount while the flight is the most inconvenient phenomena and the difference is mystified with the best betting, on the other hand, under fuel pressurized condition with crank case the first pressure, the flyer will not be distracted by the gambling main needle valve setting, of course the amount of fuel supply is stable whatever posture the airplane might take while maneuver. Without any argument, this tiny regulator valve module has great capability and potential incomparable with other devices such as diaphragm pump and gear pomp systems.

40 class size stunt model is the most suitable and appropriate for me, because the recent 40 class motors has enough power & torque comparable to old 60 motors, especially under the use with Tuned Pipe the capability exceeds 60.
Though I have prepared for going out with pleasure, I determined to stay at home and continue new model construction.

US Nuclear Weapons attacked Jp

We were cheated and defeated completely by US 72 years ago. From the beginning since Edo period, over 100 years ago the strategy to settle and form US bases in all over Japan, how come this opinion?  The US Flag told everything shown on the external wall on Batlleship Missouri when we wrote down on the paper of Potsdam declaration acceptance surrender document signature.
The captain of Ancient Battleship squadron, Matthew Calbraith Perry invaded our Uraga in 1858 to force us open the trade with us!
But here, the US old Flag exactly the same as that time turning on the Mast tip of USS Susquehanna was shown on USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay on that day we approved defeat in 1945!
Is there any way to understand the fact in another way except my opinion mentioned above?
Japan was fallen into the trap and fit perfectly as expected by US, thanks to our Pearl Harbor Attack, US could participate in Europe Front and could defeat us with long lasting Asian Strategy since 1858 to arrange US Military Bases all over Japan Land.
Now, there exist 84 US Military Bases scattered all over Japan and they have also the permission to make use of 50 Japanese domestic airports.
Judging from this truth, even now the occupation by US is clearly lasting, more over, Japan Land is so to speak " USS Japan" that is unsinkable aircraft carrier.
As matter of sad, most of Japanese people do not distinguish our dangerous situation because we live in safe and peace daily lives.
More over, not a few people believe in that Peace has been lasting because of   US designed after the WW2 "The Constitute of Japan" in 1947 based on the concept of Peaceful, No War and No Fighting.
The reason why Japan Land had not been invaded till now by aggressive neighbor countries is that we have the peaceful constitute, not to fight, or there exist many US Military Bases all over Japan?
The answer is very clear to see what happened in Philippin after the US Military Force retired, immediately after that some violent country performed Military strategies around them and now much suffered from them.
On the other hand Russia and PRC want to our land recommending as some garden stones or fences for Military Strategies by the standing view of the same as US's idea.
We Japanese are leading pseudo peaceful lives in the extreme point where the strong magnets repel each other.
If we see peaceful blue sky, it is not because of calm sunny day in the flower garden but because we are now just in the middle center of Typhoon!

Chemical synthetic motor oil

I have been keeping an old solid idea that the motor oil brand should not be changed from the Genuine Oil,TOYOTA "Castle" and in case of NISSAN "Elephant".
But, this idea was forced to change by the advice noted through TOYOTA mechanic chief, the recent technology has remarkably improved and the torelance of the motor design and assembly is far smaller than air-cooled VW Beetle period. So, too much biscoelasticity of motor oil is inconvenient for the modern designed motors, more over other than prescripted oil does harm.
I agreed his opinion and my Caldina's oil is not Castle, but Motul 5W-30.

I happend to steal 3 L of Castrol synthetic oil for 4 stroke motorcycle that was prepared by my son for BMW 2 wheel motorcycle, it was just for emergency of depletion of Caldina.
Immediately after starting Caldina, so surprised I wa as to open my eyes fully, how come! The charactor of 1AZ-FSE D4 motor has completely changed, smooth, less vivelation, torqueful and powerful!
I couldn't help recommending the great improvement on researdhing and developing in chemical synthetic oil field by the suppliers.

Tasting reduced

Taste feeling of human being does not always depend on the tongue, buccal mucosa, palatine epithelium, gum tissue, nasal mucosal epithelium and also chewing motion envelope, the perception peripheral nerves exist everywhere in the mouth. This might be because the mouth is the first organ to take food to maintain life support activity, the most important step to check and cieve if the the food taken in the mouth is now acceptable or not. As I had been one of a researcher of Biochemistry and Functional Oral Biology in specialized in the human function of Mastication and Oral Occlusion for more than 15 years, wanna I describe some report on the Dental Treatment that I have experienced the other day.

I had some inconvenience on the left lower first molar because of oppotunistic pain, probably because of regenerative lesion depending on aging. Most of this kind of bruise depending of aging phenomena has no desire to be recovered, so the pulp tissue was removed under anesthetic condition. Root canal treatment and root fillings were successfully performed after sterilization program. Conservative dental technique, Inlay filling was done on the first molar keeping occlusal contact and also adjacent surface pressure. I though the originally Physiological functions of the teeth must have been acquired safe, actually some fundamental actions have obtained as before the treatment, in biting, clenching, chewing and mastication have I no problem.
The feeling of tasting has apparently reduced, I feel nothing on the first molar, nerve tissue removed and filled with an artificial material in the root canals of the tooth.
The nerve tissue in the tooth must had played a great part of tasting and the function of keeping the taste should be done by linked play of Sensory Peripherals everywhere in the mouth.

Subconsciousness

I happened to come across with a very interesting broadcasting program in NHK radio in my car on my way home in the evening.
The performer was Mr. Soho Machida who is one of a honorable professor in Hiroshima University department of Graduate School of General Science also he had obtained US degree in Pennsylvania Univ, anyway his opinion is based on global standing point of view.
As his specialization is Comparative Religion Studies and Comparative civilization Studies, his opinion mentioned yesterday in the program was so interesting as to made me resonate my thought in most of the part though there might be some bound of ties.
He put an emphasis on the Subconsciousness of human beings that often causes some incredible troubles between nations.
He explains about this fundamental arguments from the standing point of view of Buddhism, the criminal of undecidable proposition is based on so to speak Subconsciousness in the people's mind.
Great progress has been established in The Functional Brain Science recently and not a few questions that has not been explainable for long time had been clarified in the field.
As I recommend myself as one of a tiny Natural Scientist focusing on this field, wanna I some opinion to oppose his, the period of fasting he prepares isn't enough to activate Serotonin in the Old Brain.

Additional inconvenience in Caldina

The floor mat sponges water liquid on driver's side, how come? Checking the smell of the water, no strange one such as Ethylene-glycol is observed, just water? Then this water has come here, where the origin of the fountain? How shall I imagine, not cooling water, not window shield washer, leakage of rain fall from the sun roof? Or, overflow of secondary produced moisture from the air-conditioner? As this phenomena had nothing to do with a fundamental function of this vehicle, running, turning and stopping, this problem would be solved consulting with a professional mechanic in Netz Toyota, once he had participated in some competition as a racer, so he would often answer any question without checking any service manuals. Of course the repairing procedure would be done by myself.

Because of my long lasting quirk habit, most of my time is occupied by counter measure of inconveniences occurred in Rituals of Civilization, even a washing machine, sawing machine, cleaning machine, radios and watches are repaired by me. I have realized that any consumer equipment are so made to be broken in 5 or 6 years after using. Remember that this intentional consideration of any products are purposed only to activate the fundamental commercial circulation, so to speak durable consumer goods are not suitable in our modern age.
Most of all machinery mentioned above are designed to break in a few years intentionally, in another words, breaking timer mechanism is assembled also intentionally to break, it's like some fuse of explosive.
For example, a cleaning electric machine, motor supporting bearing is opened, how come? The inhealed air containing small grain dust passes through into the bearing, then gradually the lubricating bearing grease would be lost, it takes time to scream with squealing sound. Just replacing them with seald bearigs would survive the motor's function and last much longe than before.
Consequently, it's very interesting for me to find out "Fuse Mechanisms" , breaking timer in the machieneries.

Almost fatal affair!

As for my great surprise early this morning when I started for flight, I recommended the warning lamp in the meter cluster of Caldina at the moment stopping at the railway crossing with a just a little bit nose rise up posture. The light on time was very short but I never miss the warning. Continuation of warning lighting means the reduction of motor oil pressure leading to burning out of the motor combustive room and sticking of cylinder and piston. Complete death of the 1AZ-FSE motor in worse case, the trans-axle might be destroyed together with!
I feel somehow ashamed to report about this with reddish face. So, the warning lamp of motor oil level is not just a warning but the motor is now coming to death in few seconds if it is not stopped immediately.
Lack of lubrication by motor oil causes the overheating phenomena between the moving surfaces everywhere inside of the motor construction, especially cylinder wall will be scratched by the piston rings producing irreversible decay also the small and big end of connecting rods will be torn into pieces. I have ever seen such a miserable motors destroyed because of lack of lubricating motor oil.
Miserable disaster was almost coming down on me, living in piece without paying attention on my Caldina with complete relief. How come? Motor oil was replaced few months ago at the Netz Toyota factory! Lack of motor oil amount and that of cooling liquid are surely different each other, the former the worse.
Why the amount of motor oil has reduced in relatively short period time? As no dripping mark is observed on the garage floor, the reason is not leaking or dripping by destruction of sealing in somewhere, but being burned in the combustion room, oil coming down from upper head portion such as from the space between valve stem and valve guide or oil seal around there. Oil rise up to combustion room is caused by some space on the oil ring outer surface?
In addition, inconvenience on the Automatic front corner pole, a flexible controlling lac guide fell down today, urgent repair ceremony is required ASAP. Anyway, these days, troublesome affairs happened on my most favorite vehicle.

F3A contest flyer

I make it a rule to remember the worthy sayings by the authorities, the flight is fully depending on the motor condition because a model airplane is so pulled to fly, only a single anxiety exist, never fly, inclination of the main wing should be corrected all the time to keep it parallel to the ground.
The first saying was done by Mr. Miura who is the representative of the Research and Developing division of Ogawa Precision Manufacturing Co., the second is by the famous flyer Akiba in Futaba, the third is by Naruke.
Anyway, the model airplane should be flown in the absolute condition of reliability, stability. Of course any bad habit of the airplane itself should be eliminated as less as possible.
The first flight of the day every training is nothing but the competition scenery, no any lazy took ove flight is forgiven, all the flight are in the desperate concentration for the contest flyer, just different from Sunday flyers.
Mr. Haneda says he is looked, checked and graded all the time behind of him, because he is one of the representative flyer as a seed player in F3A who belongs to OS company.
As for myself, I do some affirmation program ceremony in my mind, draw maneuver patterns in the decided frame in the sky and the first but competition scenery flight starts with the ultimate concentration.
Three flights a day are enough for me, I get thoroughly tired muddy after that.

Abolition of Katakana theory

The purpose of any languages is just only the communication with others, no one would deny this opinion?
As a proof, it is reported that the reason why ancient Neanderthal disappeared  with the shape of the skull to form inferior articulatory to communicate well in spite of almost the same in another body functions as our ancestor.
As we know, Katakana is mainly used to show and explain the words from foreign countries in order to just imitate the sound and the imitation method are often mistaken, so original foreign people do not understand to hear Japanized and imitated sounds. So, distorted loan words expressed in Katakana are understood only among Japanese people, not among foreigners.
Also, this might be a reason why Japanese expression in English sound strange that can prevail only in Japan.
On the other hand, Japanese is fond of using noun English, only noun?
Why not, verb, adverb, preposition, adjective and adjunction?
Some Japanese makes little of alphabet letters because of only 26 sound letters having no meaning with one letter, and English word is formed by less letters, but often I cannot understand the meanings written in Katakana but shown in English letters I can, because even in English, the word has some meanings.
As my selfish and one sided opinion, recommend I to abolish all the Katakana!
Once we start Net Surfing, we come to English sites very soon, don't you think?
Do we continue and insist the mind controlling "Policy of Isolation" that is long lasting one since Edo period?
Katakana is the criminal and root case that inhibiting the developing of Japan.
Katakana culture is not a worthy one!
We have Kanji and Hiragana, they are enough for us!

Dental treatment over

Dental treatment for my right lower first molar was over yesterday at last.
To be fabricated my metallic filling inlay, asked I to increase the force between the contacting point with second molar, because the second molar that lost contacting with the first molar moves forward while the tame taking time treatment procedure, root canal treatment, root canal filling, constructing the base in the pulp chamber and the final inlay filling. Increased contacting distance would make the distal tooth move backward as before the treatment, just I felt some leaning forward phenomena judging from the change of tooth biting contact.
Trial setting without cementing in my mouth for a while, the second molar moved backward like the original position without feeling any inconvenience.
According to my poor study in Dentistry from Web sites, the sensors to know and introduce the signals to Cortex exist in Periodontal ligament also in masticatory muscles as Proprioceptor and Mechanoreceptor. And the sensing and it's reactions, so precise, so detailed and so accurate as not to be impossible to measure with recent sophisticated devices. For example, 7 micrometer thickness between the teeth can be noticed and in case of emergency like a small stone exist in the biting space, the signal come into the reflection mechanism, then immediately the jaw opens avoiding the enamel tissue fracture.
Dentist as the occupation must be very hard work to be done every day in such a complicated portion, because incredible concentration should be required to accomplish the work, precision and accuracy are the first there.
Just I don't want to do that however more reasonable guaranty of the amount might be obtained.

Sudden death of Car Battery

Though the magnet switch activating noise is discerned, starter does not show any sign to rotate at all, so, the battery was replaced into new genuine one at an incredibly high price, 38,000 yen. Looking for the alternatives in the Web site, about 16,000 yen is the standardized price, how come more than twice?
Anyway, charging ceremony was performed after that as usual, the voltage does not rise up to 13,75 volt however long the charging period of time might be prolonged, it means that one of cell must be shorted and dead completely.
Because the maintenance services have been performed at Audi factory following their advice, battery periodical checking and some adequate replacement must have been done, but this time, irreversible battery fault happened.
There must be any problem in the Quality Control of the battery production.
We should choose the domestic manufacturer such as Panasonic Caos the most reliable one. Otherwise the same threatening fear might happen if the we had done with the same one. Even in the car battery production, there exists apparent difference in the physical performance and the reliability between them, because the standardization of the product in our country is more sever than foreign ones, the difference of the depth in researching and development procedure, we are just different.

MK Star seriese

As some external obligation is effective for a lazy modeler to go forward more quickly, made up my mind to participate in the meeting " Old Timer & Golden Age Meeting" holding at the end of next month in Kyoto Uji by KMA.
MK Star 15 and MK Star 06 are the 50 years old designed model airplanes while the single channel with Rudder Only Control period.
Thank to a remarkable improvement in the Radio and Servos, we can burden it on the old models with fully 4 channel controls with light weight change, it's like a dream to enjoy old models now.
The main wings and fuselages for MK Star series are almost completed but it takes time to finalize them, a nose gear for 15 with steering function has arrived at hand from Yahoo Auction yesterday, for 06 also with steering function is already prepared as a suitable lighter special one.
At least both of them should be rolled out at the end or middle of this month, because some considerable period of time would be required to set them up as maneuverable conditioned.
Completion will be prolonged without deadline!

Preparing for the next




One of my destination has over at the end of last month, Golden Age Meeting at Toyooka.
Next meeting would be held on 24th September at Kyoto Uji as usual. Though the accidental fire there happened this Spring might prevent us hold the meeting because of the prohibition by Authority, some forgiving notice would make it possible to go well as usual.

Now, I'm preparing MK Star 15 with OS 25 FP on boarding servos, gears and several linkages.
The carburetor for OS 25 SFR with fuel squeezing mechanism is set in spite of some inconvenience on setting the muffler holding screw axial direction for the sake of smoother throttle reaction.
Consequently, lighter but almost the same as FSR motor would be set on Star 15 with shorter tail moment that will cause the problem in fixing Center of Gravity position.
In addition, the floating Eg mounting construction is invited avoiding destructive combustion counter vibration.
Futaba genuine 20gr servo would be invited instead of some third party lighter ones. I'm going to deploy this MK Star 15 model as a Fight Fighter in future.
Not fixed but movable with steering function nose gear is bid last night in Yahoo Auction, so a well functional Star 15 would appear in the meeting, of course, all the F3A P-17 maneuver pattern would be drawn in the sky.

Also, PILOT Junior is doing the same, I make it a rule to bring new models in the meeting every time.

Next meeting in Autumn

Because of strong wind this morning, I decided not to go out for flying model airplane in spite of fully charging of batteries for Tx and Rx.
So, I'll proceed the working for MK Star 15 that has been thrown away relatively long time on the way.  Power source is chosen as OS Max 25 FP with crank shaft plane bearings, that has obtained from Yahoo Auction as unused the other day.
Judging from my experience, the main wing prepared has too long span for maneuver flight, on limb section on both side will be eliminated to reduce resistance and to establish quick rolling reaction.
Thinking about Knife Edge maneuver, dihedral angle of main wing is so set as Zero degree.
If I desire some ultimate power stability, I might put OS 25 LA motor with YS fuel pressurized system, because the power source is established on Tetra Rookie 10 as a stable, powerful and reliable one, any way one of them would be chosen before the meeting.

PILOT Junior is being prepared also to go at the same time, the fuselage and it's stabilizers are finished and outfitting procedures are waiting, the power source would be Thunder Tiger 25 with conventional cross flow self scavenge motor.

About one month is remained before Autumn Golden Age Meeting holding at Uji Kyoto, it would be go well if the story go without any accident.
I'm looking forward to seeing old friends and to talking with them.
