A critical problem was found in Caldina AZT241W, fuel leak at the red marked point. Judging from it's service manual, the parts are replaced in Tokyo TOYOTA dealer 2 years ago according to their recall service campaign. Also, this 19mm tightening nut requires 30N torque power so written in the service manual. High fuel pressure would be imagined for Direct Cylindrical Fuel Injection system in D4 motor, how come? Some white powder splaying is applied for checking any fuel leak, but some moistened ring is observed there? I regard it is nothing but fuel leak! In spite of following service manual procedure, probably tightened at 30N torque power, leaking phenomena happened, it means that, more tightening would not solve this problem, there must be some clack or pin hole would exist in the supplied pipe part, so new one should be prepared including tightening nut? Any way some counter measure would be considered by the dealer in very near future about this. Now, I don't find out any inconvenience in Caldina except fuel leak at high pressure line.
