Burn out myself & exhausted today

Trifle and tiny task as it was I got tired so much with taking time 6 hours, seat cover and seat pad replacements. When reassembling it some modification was performed on the seat back supporting springs, increasing the tension power intending supporting lateral spine enough.

According to my old experience on E-21 BMW 320 in European version, the driver's seat was so designed to support lateral spine enough. The designing of seat back on the model was suitable for me, resulting long touring was covered without fatigue for the back support.

Following the upper theory the back curvature was improved similar with E-21, successful!

Also 2mm thickness rubber sheet was applied between supporting spring and seat pad on both bottom and back surfaces for even weight pressure distributions.

I visited Maishima artificial island in Osaka Bay Hokkou for the Swap Meet Festival and I made Beetle friends there, promising to meet again at Takao park way VW meeting in October.
He had very nicely modified Beetle.


Small vise and anvil were obtained there at 1,000 yen, but some stick was found in the vise immediately after coming home it was repaired by precise adjusting by hand fine filing method. I'm good at this kind of repairing and adjusting.

Early bird as usual

Worn seat pads and seat covers on Beetle's driver's one would be replaced today, for long time the task had been left undone pretending like not noticed. All the parts had been brought from Beetle House in Toyama few months ago, so no way to hesitate.

I've observed remarkable change in VW AD motor performance after the replacement of contact point module, as an experiment re-round shape forming by grinding the tip of cam follower may cause the same phenomena if the tip shape affect on Duel angle that very important to keep the ignition health. Reporting later on this experiment.

The pitching stopper in XH200 Opel B-Vectra would be replaced, also left undone relatively for long time.

Climate changes as cool early morning and evening after sunset recently, it's convenient for an early bird like myself.

August starts tomorrow, something would move in our neighborhood.

Far improved in performance

Replacement of contact point module system far improved the motor performance like different VW air-cooled Beetle's AD motor, the flexibility especially at lower rotation.

This change must have been brought by the adequate Duel Angle setting. Distributor rotor cam follower on the contact point arm lever must have round shape, but worn one has flat surface there.
This is why the Duel Angle 52 plus minus 2 angle degree is difficult to keep after over 5,000km using and however hard and precise I may adjust the point gap.

Now I know I could not come to the ultimate performance condition of AD motor until important parts was changed.
By my own experience I have obtained the data for point module periodical replacement interval, yes 5,000km.

Additionally speedometer wire cable of Beetle was lubricated by mean of splay grease application.

Steering idler arm hinge bolt was rechecked and applied additive tightening a bit.

After conquering Moushi directions, Northern Kyoto is the target suitable for next explores.

Future & VW Beetle parts


How about moving near by working place all the functions those were played by my villa in the mountain? Though I must give up fresh air in the green leaves, the convenience would be dramatically increased!
The advantage is buying land space but selling it, so keeping the Villa may be possible, the negotiation with my partner proved the we afford with the latter choice.
I have a hunch that somehow my intention seems to work well?

Finding out the disadvantage on contact breaking system in VW 1302 Super Beetle, because it requires point gap adjustment procedure so often every 500km use to keep the ultimately good AD motor performance, too much no?
This inconvenient phenomena is mainly caused by the wear of cam follower tip made of plastic material. Imagine I the most suitable engineering plastic is polyacetal or Duracon so to speak Delrin by Dupont France, if we think over the prevention of wear.

Young singer

There was very good today, my favorite young singer happened to drop in my laboratory.
Remembering past, two years have passed already since I had attended in her concert in Summer at Nishinomiya Concert Hall.

I believe in her potentials and capability to become a great Soprano singer in very near future.
I told her some technologies and the ways to keep herself in healthy condition including our newer findings of laboratory-level experiments about the mechanisms of nerve and muscle.

Also she promised me to invite me for her concert next year, looking forward to it.

Anyway young person looks so nice with intense youthful energy.

Unstable world economy

Unstable US economical condition influences on those of Europe and Asia.
Some newer National strategy must be introduced immediately now.
Because the world mapping balance is very similar with that of the time just before the WW2.

I was likely to come across with car accident, with red light one at Ueno Senri cross section in the early this morning. May be drunk or drug driver as he was?

Small trip to Shikoku




To make today something different from usual, I will come to Takamatsu Shikoku for Japanese noodle and to Hinase Ako for some Japanese pancake.
Details later:

Early bird as I was, 4:30 got out from bed and departed before 5 o'clock for Jumbo ferry at Kobe Kyobashi 5:40 to Takamatsu by way of Shodo Island wasting 1 hour than direct way to the destination.

Arriving at Waraya in Yashima at 11:50 for lunch with empty stomach because of no breakfast.
Decorating water wheel in front of the restaurant for noodle powder grinding.

Immediately after that I took the way to Ikegami Japanese Noodle Producer 10km far to the Southern direction passing through The Ritsurin Park.

After finishing lunch at different restaurant, I took Uno and Takamatsu Tie Line ferry again for 1 hour and went to Hinase Ako for snack taking at Michan that is famous on Kakioko(Japanes style Pancake with oyster).

14 hours trip enjoyed and I didn't meet any air-cooled Beetle nor the automobiles with the window open like I did.
However carefully I may drive on heatstroke, I fale into the symptom.
Finally came back home safe as I did, completely exhausted.

Reports


The planning to introduce the gauge convertible train between Shin-Osaka and Shikoku Matsuyama was reported this morning, they call it only in Japan as "Free gauge train".
It is concerned that the problems of the most important mechanical parts of the drive system those are expensive to research and development.
A hope of the realization for practical use came out by the efforts of vehicle weight reduction.
Kyusyu also has some intention of this new system?

The effects of radioactive contamination are reported one after another, as a corollary.
We should reduce the effect on the next generation as much as possible, this is the first goal without any argument.

Ignition timing strobe light



US made ignition timing light Fox Valley production is at my hand obtained a few month ago as a NIB but N/A junk at 1,000 yen.

Relatively simple circuitry has obtained from the PATENT Web site, it may by possible to repair as it's original performance. I guess some adjusting on the sensitivity of a triggering circuitry would recover the on & off functions without efforts.
The reason why I need strobe ignition timing light is the point ignition system in VW 1302 Super Beetle. I must know the timing Before Top Dead Center 7,5 degree while idling rotation of AD motor.

As an another story Fuji film with lens system is already prepared requiring some SCR for triggering and a smaller capacitor than originally equipped one.

Architectural designing

Our laboratory now has been designed not to be outstanding, without any illuminated signs nor flashy billboards, as the information about the works are done mainly by means of oral communications between clients so the large billboard advertisement are not always significant especially in our field.

The careful checking yesterday walking around the neighbors by comparing with the other competitors proved how poorly designed our laboratory had been looked and the newer client had been invited to us only by reputations or rumor.

Smallest billboard that was obliged by regulation and small letters on the glass door, that's all for our advertisement without any apparent signs.
So, I determined to pay much more attentions onto the new laboratory designing without any hesitation.

Special designer would be employed for that purpose and the designing would be performed not by layman's eye point of view but by professional's one.

Also my friend in our largest industry company said as it seems so, the appearance design of the laboratory much influences on the selection of client.
Architectural building designing is very important, sometime that exceeds the quality of job?

BMW 2002


I'm going to refrain from being influenced by any historically ancient old automobile like an air-cooled Volks Wagen Beetle.
I could understand piercingly how much desperate efforts are required to restore old car, 30,000km used after production from first 20 years interval and thrown away untouched for more 20 years.
Unintentionally I'm fluttering on BMW 2002 Automatic 20,000km used in YaHoo Auction, but I gave up because of upper reasons.
To do like this, only a single experience is enough for me.

Turns several times

I make it a rule not to pursue nor to flutter vindictively upon a rotten thing.
The contract would break down when the disadvantage comes out one after another.
Reconsideration that was brought by the other was a lucky opportunity to stop further negotiations.

Anyway newer story would start from today.
First of all this morning, I must try to call for three officials to apology the broken result of the former contract.

Obtaining some land and build up new laboratory upon it may be a choice instead of tenting a tenant, we have spent 55,000,000yen already for the fee of tenant for 23 years interval.
Judging from our economical condition, currently there are more afford to leave assets if we buy some land.

The story turns several times as it had been, we hope that it would be focused in good shape on earth.

Sad but fine today

We lost a new star, Amy Winehouse. She died of drink and drug. We will not expect to hear new song from now, matter for regret.

Thanks to friendly architectural builder, my emotional condition is very stable, female as she is, I love her with admiration on her professional capability.
The way of my future life as a professional would be corrected into natural and reasonable direction.
I must tell about the change of planning to another two builders on Monday without delay.
Newer architectural company would be selected by her for our new laboratory with a solid selection eyes.

New constructive story

A new story has been brought by a friendly realtor a few minutes ago.
Finally my new laboratory doesn't move to another prefecture but stays around here.
The application form to Hyogo Prefecture Association is now in the shredder already.

Broke down

Negotiations broke down yesterday. There was some threatening remarks in their expressions. They forced us to make a treaty without any delay, though our planning is not destined in designing and amount of fee.
We will try to find another place that is suitable for our new laboratory.

Entrance gate goes inside a step, bringing dark impression.
Fulfilled bicycles parking area gives the impression like slum.
Extravagant interior equipment abandoned by previous tenant, Mitsui Rehouse Co..
Attempt to claim the money with ordering to re-sign on too much outstanding for medical use.
Try to describe on the paper about the retention of existing interior that useless for us.

Anyway not a few strange reactions were observed before the treaty.
I have determined to throw away this planning thoroughly this time.

Official paper served to The Association must be stopped as soon as possible, otherwise I would do harm to the brethren here.

Repair working chair




Inconvenient oil pressure circuitry was inspected with some overhaul procedure.Careful checking led me to the conclusion that the solenoid valve for up and down cylinder pressure N/A. Almost of this kind of error is carried out by the thermal fuse puncture.
In spite of upper treatment, the valves up and down does not work! How come?
From now I will proceed to deeper inspections, descriptions later:

The criminal of up & down dysfunction on working chair was just a thin oxide film formed on relay terminal touching surface, the function was not used so long time though back lay down and up functions were used regularly.

VW 1302 performance

VW 1302 Super Beetle has some room for me to participate in the taste of drive feel, point gap, ignition timing, carburettor setting and brake shoe adjustment are the seasoning as a cook.

8 brake shoe adjusters were rotated toward tightening direction and the point gap in the distributor was set at 0,40mm precisely with 7,5 degree BTDC was the regular value.
Valve clearance of 0,15mm on both in & out were performed few months ago.

Thanks to these indispensable adjustments, I could drive with pleasure today into Moshi in Hyogo Prefecture. 3 hours driving caused me of some sleepiness.

Computerized recent automobile does not have such kind of room for intervention, being reliable but not interesting.

While rising up some gradual slope in the mountain today, I heard some strange hitting noise from the rear drive shaft portion, the cause may be some drifting noise of ball bearing in the collar, DIJ or DOJ.

The horn was replace into repaired and terminal adjusted one again to obtain better performance, successfully finished.

Young generation

My son informed me of his planning that the designing of new laboratory would be done based on his own desires, introduction of digital systems.

The young doctors have some tendency to have an up to date one, it's acceptable for me with no argument.
But he will soon come to know that the exact treatment must be made under the exact information that is not as easy as it sound in words, because the tolerance must be shrunk, it goes without any hesitations,these are the stress makers for the practitioners.

Ideal hopes but impossible now, just a dream impossible and the things possible requiring desperate efforts, they are things to be perceived separately.
He will come to know about this fact and the truth soon, the reality of the practice does not always go so smooth and successfully.

He is realizing the day to start the voyage out, it's a matter for me to accept with grad.

We must also prepare for the greet the bride for him in very near future.

Opinions

My son insists to attend in the designing of new laboratory, because he would play there as a representative instead of myself in future, he is thinking over alternation of generation. I'm very grad to hear that because I could feel some strong intention to work there as a professional. Of course I'll never stand on my own theory nor an old style opinion any more.

Do I continue working so active as before after the alternations, considering my age?

I may have small laboratory on a smaller scale than current one at a half of the status now. I imagine that----Convenient place like just in front of some Hankyu Rail Way station, second floored, 20 tsubo?
How about selling away my villa, it's not impossible?

Freedom is my future course so long as I'm keeping a State qualification license that's valid for my life.

Influence & tasks

We are influenced by Typhoon #6, all the schools and kindergarten are closed because Storm warning has issued by The Japan Meteorological Agency.
Our laboratory doesn't work well because of the absences of employee.
She is still in northern part of us at Kishu Peninsula.

The influence is not small as to do harm to Japanese economy in untimely moment.

Thing around me are moving gradually these days, #4 working chair has finished on the re-covering, only the mechanical failure exists, oil pressure control valve doesn't work though pump motor was activated.
Check it by hitting the solenoid valve body, may be sticking.

Ultraviolet light must be fixed, that has been thrown away for long time, but now is the time to wake myself up!

Laboratory design

New architectural builder would start the designing for our laboratory today.
All the equipment now fixed would be thoroughly removed and completely new materials would be applied from floor rubber to ceiling and wall clothes. Eventually the payment would be increased to three times to four times?

Considering that the laboratory would be mainly used by my son and generation change would be done in very near future, the payment would be reasonable and worthy enough?

Anyway the working machinery must be maintained and serviced enough to make it endure in future uses, at least the periodical replacement parts should be replaced.
Air pressure regulator, water pressure regulator for all the machinery #1 to #4 and a thermal fuse at 185 degree in #1 solenoid valve that was shorted as some urgent process few years ago, the fundamental cause was just a water spilling on the main printed electric card.
Rubber hoses, the criminals of the affair, must be replaced without any argument.

As for #4, rising up and downing function is lost because of valve stick? Check it out soon, though oil pump motor is activated discerning motor noise.
Of course almost all the instrumental tubes must be replaced, the turbine mechanism may require replacement, expensive!
Too many works are waiting in front of me, considering my age, but I'll go ahead!

What I did today

Speedometer wire cable fracture not because of lack of cable wire lubrication but because of the meter stick caused by also lack of lubrication of the rotor central shaft.
The accident is already reported in the Web site, so I must do that before falling in the same critical accident on my VW 1302 Super Beetle. Before some critical destruction may occur, I must lubricate on both wire cable and speedometer moving portion with removing central meter cluster assembly.

Though I tried to replace trailing arm hinge bushes today, outer supporting was difficult to be removed because of some undercut formed by body, some special trial using lever pivot method may be necessary. I didn't do that avoiding some distortion on the parts.

Just a little bit rotational adjustment on automatic choke module toward clock wise direction attained almost perfect position. Idle up effect was observed after the adjustment.

20km driving test proved the sensor error reports, clank angle sensor and cam angle sensor were no action, was eliminated thoroughly on XH200 OPEL B-Vectra today. With all the puncture repair, this automobile became almost perfect except air conditioning system disorder.

Holiday but busy

Today's fortune score is only 55, so I should be quiet with no major big working. Organizations and cleaning parts warehouse would be the tasks today. Not so big planning is so realistic today.

Semiconductors must be organized in places. Printed basic plates scattered on the desk also. Big iron clump must be fixed with some adequate bolts and nuts on the working desk.
Ignition timing light must be finished utilizing disposable film with lens mechanism.

SCR is already prepared but lost now, but careful seeking would make it possible to re-find out, this is intended to carry about in the Beetle for periodical servicing on ignition timing setting that is indispensable after the adjustment on point gap.

Hard experience to have stopped on the way obliged me to carry the distributor assembly part in the automobile all the time. Flash light timing checker is necessary if the parts were replaced.

Rear trailing arm hinge bushes must be checked removing housing plate outside on VW 1302 Super Beetle, because feel I strange reactions when steering force were applied that like loosing balance while a moment, some wondering in rear suspensions.
According to my experience replacing rear lateral rod bushes in several hardness, lateral resistance is very important to establish so to speak steering stability and it's astringency.

It would be impossible to eliminate the uncertainty on steering wheel until the play and clearance should be removed at the portions.
Today the sealing cups would be removed at the arm hinge position and inspected precisely on upper problems, as the replacement parts are already prepared.
Repositioning with out side inside experimental trial with old parts may be possible for the purpose, in addition with self centering special bearings application there may be possible.

Horn is not in good condition in spite of replacement into second handed one, terminal connections may be wrong? The way of terminal connections would affect the performance, though I have read some description about this problem in the Web site information of Beetle House in Toyama?

Voltage regulator on fuel gauge in VW cluster meter has recovered it's original performance by removing and inserting actions several times on terminal connections, the criminal was the thin oxide film there.

Weed in the Villa garden attracts my attentions these days, they should be removed with no arguments.

Made desperate effort

I have been realizing the slow puncture on XH200 B-Vectra since a week ago, because only left rear wheel looses pressure till 1,4kg/cm2 in two weeks.
Today this critical problem was solved by puncture repair at Netz TOYOTA Takaraduka, now keeping it's pressure at 2,0kg/cm2.

All the unnecessary minus wiring done by my son blindly few years ago were removed in the engine room of B-Vectra. Clean access for servicing was obtained.

Left side wind regulator of VW 1302 Super Beetle was treated to have smooth movement up and down of window glass. Of course successfully finished, without air conditioning system, fully opening windows on both side are the regular manner when I start to the working place in every morning and evening.

Naturally increased idling speed of AD motor obliged me to adjust it slower one.
Too much rotated automatic choke module must be turned back a little bit because of too long warming up period.

Tomorrow is the day for BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model to be serviced enough, removing compressor belt would be the main task.

Labor in hottest condition

The plus circuitry from the alternator in B-Vectra should be connected with the battery plus terminal independently, originally combined with several sensor signal wiring.
I imagine that the error code reports may be done by some residual ripple from the charging current caused by the 120A Bosch alternator.

I'm going to separate them and fix independently promptly today, including some repairing on wire clothing. Long term use under higher temperature causes hardening them like a hard engineering plastic material.
My Opel B-Vectra is above worth keeping because of good balance as an automobile though she has some disadvantage in the life of a durable goods.
I feel it better to keep B-Vectra as long as possible in my future life.
But I have no intention to repair air conditioning system in her, because I basically hate the driving under an air compressor activation consuming motor power except the fundamental purpose, to run.

Saying about air conditioning, B-Vectra, VW 1302 Super Beetle and BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model have lost the performance of air conditioning system.
Strange mechanical noise was discerned when the conditioning system switch had been on. Probably the lack of lubrication caused by only 12a cooler gas additional charge without oil may be the reason.
I checked and realized the malfunction on the compressor in BC7 yesterday, but I would not repair the system and the driving belt would be removed thoroughly today.

Motor destruction

A miserable and sad news was informed in some Web site this morning, about a B-Vectra X-18 motor, water pump destruction caused timing belt fracture leading to some valve stem distortion as usual.
X-18 including X-20 has good performance capability as it is, timing belt fracture is the most critical problem that exists beyond repairs.
To tell the truth, I have the same experience on X-20 motor with Opel B-Vectra sedan.
At the critical moment no amazing strange sounds were not discerned except the similar noise exactly with mechanical arm watch applied to the ear.

Then why timing belt should be brought on earth, such a critical destruction?

It happens when the movement stops that should be moved smooth enough and sudden and rapid weight be applied with exceeding the designed value.
Often the water pump impeller drive shaft supporting main bearing destruction because of dried grease packed.

NSK(Nippon Seiko, main bearing manufacturer in Japan) is warning on the grease impacted type bearing, at least 4 times a year the impacted grease should be cleaned and replaces in case of using under sever condition at the temperature over 80 degree.
Then such kind of maintenance is performed on the bearing fixed at the water pump portion actually?

The way to apply additional grease must be prepared if some replacement is not likely?
I'm going to make some holes on the water pump pooley for the lubrication needle insertion.

Builder selection

The architectural builder may be changed into the regular professional that has much to do with the checkmate top trading company.
In spite of high payment, three times it may be, the direction would be changed according to someone's suggestion.
No anxiety exist in future if the latter builder was selected as a supplier.

The new laboratory would start in the beginning of this November.

Negotiations

How many sitting chairs must we prepared for the waiting room in the designing of new laboratory? We have now 5 in total, sometimes lacks in number, more 2 or 3 chairs are required?
More discussions are necessary on this point with the designer.
The signs and advocating were negotiated yesterday with one of an architecture builder.
Another professional builder that has strong pipe with the production maker would come for new designing today.

Revolution

What obliged me to determine that our laboratory in future should be moved to another place from Osaka?
A main reason is the Station Development Public Works directed by Osaka City Council. The land space assigned for us was too narrow, too little and too less cramped, our machinery and devices were impossible to be set because of their sizes, less than a half of them could be set in place if being looked at force.

The internal reason is my own desire to destroy the environment of myself those are too stable and too stagnant now, in spite of the proof of financial stability.
I'm controlled now by some powerful energy coming from inside that cannot be changed with my intentions.

I need some change and revolution now.

The estimations by a specialty contractors would be asked today for our new working place, new laboratory.
The completed files were successfully accepted yesterday by the Association of our field. Anyway the first step for our future had been taken yesterday.

Prepared

I've just completed the preparation of filings to be served to Amagasaki Society.
The meeting with the representative would be held this afternoon.

Written in the afternoon:
No other way cannot go back now, because all the papers were served and accepted by the Association and submitted there. The next date for interview only to wait for news. The next Board of Directors would be held on later this month.
Of course we didn't meet for long time, the person in the Association was an old friend.

Planning

It is called "Barrier-Free" in Japan recently to eliminate the step of the floor, so the concept must be invited in the designing of new working place.
And various possible designs would be considered repeatedly.
The key to floor design is depended upon the pipe inclination of exhausted sewage water.
I just imagined that the storage tank setting just beside the working chair promptly would solve all the problem in front of us. This would be an opinion, one of an agenda in the meeting.

Quote

I had good meeting with architectural constructor today for negotiating future planning of new laboratory in Amagasaki.
The designing and quote would be served in one week.
The new story began again after 23 years later since my original office opening.
Anyway the fang is released and the ship started to move gradually.

1st step today

Architectural constructors are coming for my new working place building from now.
The key to contraction would be the final estimation of the fee.
According to the opinion of my better half, more payment would be acceptable for some sophistication and reliability.

I feel that the cost would be 1/3 if the communications were established with some branch end company under good leadership and subsidiaries.
My experience for over 40 years in our field would make it possible to do that.
Biggest leading company can not always supply our demand with enough satisfactory, the reason I describe like this is due to my own experiences 23 years ago.

This time I'm going to use smallest company to finish my new laboratory.
Consequently, today would be the first meeting with the builders held in the field.
The necessity moves everything on earth.

Error codes & D battery




Error code, 335 & 340 showed with check engine flash in B-Vectra meter cluster today.
335 means crank sensor n/a and 340 does cam sensor n/a promptly. How come together both of them at the same time?
But it too strange to say here that the check engine lamp disappears if the starter and ignition on with the shift lever N position, how come?
The mold rubber hose connecting the secondary air supply pump and control valve was replaced because of deformation and melting on the nearest part to the exhaust manifold.

As an experimental trial, 20mm higher D type battery was put on the battery tray, then it was possible to burden it instead of some European standard one. Problem is the way to fix it in the original position, holding by clumping on the bottom undercut as European standard, D type battery is held by clumping with upper holding frame.
But it was possible to make use of D type as some emergency temporal treatment.

New story

No big change has taken place on the movement of my laboratory from Osaka City to Hyogo Prefecture except the representative. At the beginning the name was intended to be my son for the sake of generation changes in near future, the name would be myself after a good consideration.
I'm going to have lunch with some architectural designer today negotiation the planning of my new laboratory.

The keys to designing of our laboratory are that of setting of pipe inclination for draft water and that of decreasing the resistance of vacuum conduit.
The former is the setting of pipe inclinations, not so difficult problem, the latter is not so easy because some physiologic calculations may be required to decide the diameter of the pipe that coming gradually smaller depending on the distance from the vacuum pump.
Anyway the story has begun again after 23 years later from my former laboratory establishment.

Time to change

The council in Osaka would hold tonight telling about my future to the representative tonight.
Coming Tuesday is the very moment to serve some official paper to the association, so the decision to continue conventional laboratory must be done before that time.
The name of the representative of new laboratory is in flux, that up to the answer from the
landlord in Osaka.
I have no negative and pessimistic element in the construction of new laboratory.

Probably my son would come back to us in ten years, it's OK no problem, of course I will let him have some good days while he is young enough to enjoy himself as my dad had done to me.

Contact point parts

Judging from the Web site information, there is some contact point module with some physical property for prevention for the wear on cam lifting point, the material is made of not bakelite resin but of polyacetal plastic.
Now my VW 1302 Super Beetle has a former parts and needs point gap adjustment with relatively short period of time to continue good motor performance.
The reason why the I am obliged to adjust it so often is due to the change of DUEL angle caused by the wear of the point lifter made of plastic that is vulnerable to wear.
I had imagined to replace the plastic into modern anti-wearing material, poliacetal plastic. I found the very parts as I wanted in the Web site yesterday.
I'll try to obtain the parts for my Super Beetle, replacing the mechanical contact point parts into point-less magnetic one is the another choice.

The circumstantial change would happen in a few days.
The new place suitable for my laboratory space has emerged few days ago, and my planning for moving laboratory to somewhere else is reorganized in several ways?
And my son want to continue training himself in another place?
Probably the decision would be done in some way in a week.

Alternation of generations

Even now I'm at a loss which to choose, newly opened laboratory only or new and old, both?
Anyway new one would surely be opened in three month, basically this is for my son, working together with me alternation of generations would be performed gradually and naturally.

Do I have enough brave to desert the market here now with the sales of 40 million yen per year?

Air-cooled Beetle performance

Almost of reconstruction on VW 1302 Super Beetle has been carried out except body re-painting process. The high way test drive at 115km/h proved the AD Flat 4 motor is well adjusted enough to originally designed performance is obtained.
As the basic performance of the automobile in modern age is well attained in Super Beetle except the anti-pollution exhaust gas emission control.
The comparison with other automobiles reveals more clearly the original concept of designer promptly.
Air-cooled VW was designed over half a century ago, but even now it gives us impressions and delights that are beyond words.
Though it satisfies our minimum necessity, it's enough for us even now.

Change strategy

It will be clear that the rental land is useful for my laboratory, enough space area is obtained or not. In another words, the step to the second floor starts immediately and the space for the upper floor should be as less as possible.
The telephone call from the bank this morning would reveal the design of new place in Eastern Yodogawa location strategy.

Good ride BC7


The application of Microflon, micro fine grain Teflon powder, into differential gears front and rear because of 4WD drive system in BC7 SUBARU LSi US model, brought tremendous change in driving feel today. The light foot working realized me of the reduction in slipping resistance loss so apparently as to feel immediately after starting.
Reduction of any resistance leads to increasing the astringency while driving.
So, I made up my mind to do the same operation onto SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza, that's drive train is rear side and equipped the differential gear box independently.
Remember here that the lateral motor mounting designing automobile has seldom independent differential gear box because of the motor power out put direction.
I must write down very important warning here!
Never apply Microflon into Automatic Trans-Axle, never!
The change of slipping resistance would surely destroy the functions of automatic trans-axle.
The payment for repairing would be ignorable.
After applying Microflon in the motor oil pan, I've no experience of exhaust smoke caused by falling oil tendency from valve stem oil seal leak.
20 years old as BC7 LSi as she is, no element is found to impair the original performance design.

Went I to Konohana Baikaden Hall for my intimate friend's stage on Japanese ancient sward playing contest sponsored by King Record.
Keen atmosphere today prevented me from coming up near to the stage, because of the contest judges were there.

Tounament

Today Otowa qualifying tournament Kansai is held at Konohana Kaikan Baikaden, my friend has registered a player, comming to Konohana afternoon for taking some pictures as usual.

As for malfunction on fuel gauge stylus position, it improved a little by simply moving two terminal sockets but soon looses good operation? Much more inspections are necessary.

The story is moving now, there are three choices, Tsukaguchi, Eastern-Yodogawa or both of them together.

The safer choice is HY, because the former clients could continue.

Consideration

To wear the sophisticated sense and technology of the biggest city is important for young doctors because they affect invisibly all through their lives.
So, my son should come to Osaka from country side and should work in sophisticated atmospheric circumstance.
And the clinic is just my friend's for the purpose exactly to the point.
The management 2 clinics across the prefectures may be so tough as to destroy my health condition in future?

The beginning of coming week on Monday, it will be clear if the new story may start or not.

Pull ourselves together!

A new lessor was introduced through some bank in my neighborhood. Completely new story suddenly appeared just in front of me! Now I hope if my body could separate into two pieces?
Deeper consideration is required before making an important decision now, because I'm standing at the crossroads of choice.

Do I have enough brave to destroy the hospital and the laboratory that's in well profitable business.
So, second opinion is that the laboratory now in Osaka continues and a new one is built in Hyogo prefecture?

It's legally possible to have 2 laboratories, because there are 2 national certification licenses, mine and my son's.
Anyway there would be several twists and turns from now. Losing is not all fell into one.
Both of us must pull ourselves together!

A latter half started

The latter half of this year started today and three months later from now our laboratory would be moved from Osaka to Hyogo prefecture.
Consequently there are many cumbersome procedures associated with relocation.
At first the way how to describe my own biography in official style, the history of educations, researches and careers must be shown separately.
Formal self portrait is also necessary.

As for my convenience, the contact in Amagasaki branch of the society must be a former student in our University that I had taken care of as an instructor. The negotiations would go so smooth without delay.

Before the departure, various barriers stand in front of me, but once started to move such kind of dissent disappears.
