Unpredictable disaster?

As the proverb says, "If you can't do it, it makes sense.", if you force it, wrinkles occur somewhere no matter how the actor aware of it or not. Especially, in machinery designing, that of original direction fulfilling all the original requirement is the best balanced one. Obligation by some different and additional requirement on the way of research and development will destroy the original barance and performance. It is extremely rare that the result of being forced is better. I'm worried about the post process of the Olympic Game Tokyo held by pushing. Unpredictable disaster might occur somewhere?
