Rigid collar?

Replacing main-bar bushes into solid metaｌic parts, so to speak rigid collar is prevailing in the level engineers or shops. Before doing such kind of attitude, see to it that how childish or below it and frivolous it should be in the eyes of those doing research and development to modify on critical parts?
Sooner or later such kind of blindly modified automobile would be deserted if only the beginning stage it may cause surprise or self contentment.
