Breaking impasse

There exist several habit in passenger's automobile to have a habit to go right side and to do left side, then the automobile to straight without strange steering reactions may exist on earth.

I have been in the very simple question above and in some sticky frustration for over 40 years since I was 18 years old. I have been suffered from something impossible to overcome because of impasse.

In spite of own desperate effort to solve the problem, visiting every dealer, consulting special division of the factory and the trips to Nagoya for the instructor of Sun Wheel Alignment Tester device Co. US, all in vain.

The time was about 10 years ago to have made up mind to do it by myself.
Many trials and experiments were performed to carry out the original purpose, to adjust the automobile run straight. Almost of my free time was consumed by the works on it, Thursdays, half of Saturdays , Sundays and National Holidays.

Measuring devices were designed and tested to obtain the repeatable datum on wheel alignments and geometric axle construction under the difficult condition influenced by deformable, movable and viscoelastic rubber materials.

Especially the physical property of hysteresis in rubber materials applied on every control arm was the most formidable enemy in the process, in addition with backlashes in the joints and the thin films of thickness for lubricant.

It took me much time to decide the repeatable basic measuring position on frontal hub outer surface. They would be the basic starting point for all of the later measuring and correction procedures for sampling datum on statistic analysis.

Measuring devices were also invented with desperate efforts by myself for vertically and horizontally precise measurement promptly with repeated several improvement processes.
The way was not flat at all but the knowledge and technology as the results obtained on the developing process were enormous for me.

Thank to the upper experiences for decade of researches, I could come to the level to understand the intention of the factory designer if I inspect the axle constructions from lifted up situation of the car with precise observations on the designing of bushes, the arm length, the 3 dimensional hinge positions settings.
