NCP10 Vitz repaired

Inner boots of NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz was opened with on board circumstance, surprising me the lubricant inside was like water and just came out thoroughly with the viscoelasticity being almost the same as power steering oil, colored in dirty brown as mentioned in the re-call report of "including moisture".

Supposing a possibility to have been filled in DIJ in Vitz, as the recent way of vehicle designing tendency, all the frictions are  going to be eliminated, for example weak expansion power of piston rings inviting low viscosity lubrication.

Such way of thinking must have been applied also on drive shaft lubrication but with just mistaking too much moisture was included unexpectedly.

The test driving after replacing lubricant into chrome molybdenum grease proved the kicking noise has disappeared on both side. The main reason of the noise were produced mainly by DIJ on both sides.
Now my lovely Vitz became in perfect condition including precisely established wheel alignment and constructive geometry.

It rained cats and dogs in Osaka and Tkaraduka as to be drenched to the skin if I was outside. In case of much humidity after some rain fall Bocar 34PICT3 carburetor required much richer mixture, this is a natural physical phenomena. Now the adjusting of the air volume control screw is the lean best position.

Exhaust emission analysis device would tell me the best angular position of the screw, I must ask about this before the next legal inspection test turns every 2 years, this is not a negligible Japanese Legal rule on earth.

Tomorrow the bicycle would be maintained that had been obtained occasionally now in Vectra's cargo room.
Lubrication in every moving part and brake wires adjustment would be enough. Judging from the appearance it was not used so much like new one and construction is different from cheap Chinese made.

The light for night driving and rear reflector must be prepared, both them are minimum requirement following Japanese Road Traffic Law and Road Trucking Vehicle Act.

Most of Japanese bicycle driver do not know that the traveling on a crosswalk as a pedestrian is not allowed. If the traveling on the road for pedestrian all the bicycle must pass only on the left side. Right side running is allowed except Japan, UK and Australia.
