Compliance setting

Driving 2 automobiles yesterday made me confused so much, XH200 OPEL B-Vectra and BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model, because both of them had acceptable distinctive character promptly. Do I desert both of them? The deeper consideration, the more becomes the confusion, how come? I have to determine what to desert and to continue keeping sooner or later. There is no possibility for new one to come, if I desert two of my automobiles.

As we know, there designed many shock absorbing mechanical constructions in automobile axle to establish the compliance of good ride in an automobile for the driver including passengers in the cabin. The designing of the application of butyl rubber bushes and supporting surfaces sheets play a major role on the taste of ride. But, here we must know about the difference between buffer effect and shock absorbing phenomena, the movable physical construction in axle design would be controlled by the dumper set there or not, because a very convenient material but with elusive physical property often causes problems, if set out of the dumper control. The compliance balance must be designed in combination with the dumper performance, the spring constant, the body weight balance and compliance under the kinetic and dynamic movement while actual use.
It's not difficult to imagine how definitely keen sense is required for the automobile designing?

I have ever replaced the axle construction of BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model from original one to GC8 SUBARU Impreza WRX model's one including motor mounting, trans-axle mounting and differential gear box's one. There I found various difference between some soft and gentle US model and harder and stiff European's one. Several experimental trials according to Physical law were performed on the way to obtain the better ride resulting good for my acceptance.
