Old memory "Masada"

Last Jewish fortress "Masada" appeared in NHK program as one of a world heritage. I was noticed by the book "Masada" published in English presented by my intimate Jewish friend from Israel, the affair was about 35 years ago.

Impregnable fortress with self-sufficiency capability as it was, ancient early Roman Army conquered the Jewish last stand taking long time of period forming Roman village beneath the fortress.

Now, all the new Israeli soldiers would be taken to the place, showing the truth and the fact that their legacy had been destroyed by foreign military power and had been nomadic people with the hideous holocaust 60 years ago, no way to be destroyed any more!
