Some part of Japanese defense military power has moved from Hokkaido to Kyusyu for the preparation to keep the Mil. balance with People's Republic of China, having been active recently in Kyusyu Sea area.
It a very natural transaction to do that, the neighbor country has bought old second handed military weapons from Russia, Fighters, missiles and an ignorable aircraft carrier.
Their intentions of their attitudes are clear that's nothing but acquiring hegemony in the Japan Sea and Eastern China Sea, actually they had made troubles with another countries already, showing Chinese Battle Ships to others.
Remember here they are different from us, no principles but exposures of their selfish and self-centered greed.
So, this is the reason why we must prepare ourselves by self defense power if unreasonable were served by China reinforcing their military backgrounds.
Some expenses are required if we wanna desire to maintain the dignity of a sovereign state.

The clicking noise on DOJ and DIG of drive shaft started again in NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz again, the noise sauce is not leading to the destruction of the joint construction, but some gentle and small noise just because of too much gaps due to misconfiguration of excessive tolerance.
The noise problem like this may be ignored as the acceptable moving mechanical noises.
The deserted lead car battery after 3 years use in XH200 OPEL B-Vectra is still now used more 3 years in BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model still now in active and happy condition including the specific gravity of electrolyte solution. There exists the difference between Bosch 120A alternator 13,5V voltage limitation and 14,5V controlled Denso's 70A one?
