Calorie and aging

I've made it a rule to reduce the calorie into 2/3 of habitual value having been lasted for long time resulting in over-weighing now I am.
The way is very simple, a lunch dishes are divided into two halves, the residual 1/2 would be taken immediately after working around 7 in the evening, then after that never eat except some cups of Japanese tea, falling into bed around 10 PM.
10 days have passed since started this manner with 3kg body weight reduction.
15kg minus weight is the destination of the trial this time?

The purpose of this calorie reduction 30% trial is anti-aging and vertical weight supporting bony joints protection especially around Pelvis and knee joints.

As I recognized in the TV, the difference between a regularly fed Macaca fascicularis and a 30% less fed one.
Now too much or enough feeding accelerates aging is known, instead 30% less feeding would not.

Much more people in the world die because of overeating themselves than of starvation.
