Preparation

Further test driving on BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model would be performed in the coldest weather today to reduce the amount of fuel in the rear tank for the purpose of head light axis setting. As a common sense the light axis is scaled as a test item in Legal Inspection, the axis direction is so set as match the measurement range when the fuel tank was fulfilled just a half volume. And the residual bubbles in the cooling line would come forward into the radiator while driving with hill climbing and with vibrations.

My concentration is just focused on the point of Legal Inspection at Kobe on 17th, January '12, that is held at Hyogo branch of Kinki Bureau of Land Transport.
All the light could be ON. Wiper and washer. Horn. Body number and engine caution plate. Side slip on frontal wheels. Braking capability. Speedometer at 40km/h. Head light axis direction of high beam. Axle and steering linkage check. Exhaust gas emission test.

The contracts with the builder would be exchanged today.
