Vertical inclination


Though they look like just tiny empty coffee cans existing here and there, their upper and lower circular surfaces are so finished to adopt firmly on hub outer circular surface of various automobiles promptly with 100/1000mm accuracy, so being adjusted and calibrated.
The HDD plate is glued on vertical scaler body surface with epoxy material, and the continuation of this surface to the top with 1719,750mm length from lower scaling point would be center of pendulum.
Wooden part of the vertical inclination scaling device has invited the technologies in Radio Control Model Airplane F3A models, the design is based on redundant system avoiding distortion and deformation.
The accuracy of construction, design and calibration would be the key to establish desired wheel alignment and constructive geometry adjustments.
However good with a flourish it may looks, the scaling device must be actually useful and must show datum with accuracy, so some periodical calibrations are indispensable for precision measuring instruments.

The advantages of the device here are followings:
The accuracy of measurement far exceeds another expensive systems, because the radius length is extended to 1719.750mm that's enough to read the angle at 2minutes per 1mm lenght at scale reading point by hand vernier caliper.
Scaling points are not on the wheel rim but on the hub outer circular surface like conventional bubble position reading magnet setting device.
Remember here that the permission of wheel lim distortion at 1mm on circular edge points by the factory means the error of 9,030min exists before actual measurement? So, scaling points must not be prepared on wheel but on hub outer circular surface.
Scaling is possible even when the wheel is removed with same accuracy.
Scaling, reading datum and adjusting procedures are performed by single engineer's task.
No preparation is required for use of this device, so setting and removing are easily performed.
