Periodical replacement parts from Yokohama arrived at my office with two mistakes, cogged timing belt was included in stead of serpentine rib belt and molded hose was missing. No argument on the belt because the prices are almost the same and the lost hose part was sent soon in another package with prepaid shipping.
I'm almost satisfied with their quick transactions based on our long lasting inter-reliability.

Much expenses is harmful for my purse this month.
