Skymark Air Lines are introducing next strategy, Air Bus A-380/800 for 800 passengers with two-story cabin.
I saw some movie about that and found it's main wing was distorted because of it's size and weight in gull shape on the ground. Lufthanza mark was drawn on the yaw motion stabilizer.
Probably the principle must be kept even on this kind of big commercial aircraft, distortions are allowed but twisting is unacceptable on main wing construction.
Though gull shaped on the ground as it is, straight span shape would be formed adequately in the air.
