Endlessly


To tell the truth the replacement of impacted grease in DOJ of NCP10 TOYOTA Vistz was shoddy working, performing without removing drive shaft from the train.
The reason was that the knuckle parts was changed into new design and the change of shape on separator tool was required, because of too narrow space to insert the conventional ST I have. So the outer boot was moved inside just loosening bands, removed innate too soft grease with air pressure gun, applied #2 Chrome Molybdenum grease with finger pressure.
With all such kind of Amateur working, strange noise was eliminated throughly.
Thanks to helpfull recall information that the defective part is only DOJ, inner joint DIJ is not touched.

I've obtained the important information about Dash-Cross Member on XH200W Opel B-Vectra, retightening is necessary and the remarkable improvements would be desired in body strength. 4 cap screws must be tightened from lateral direction on A pillar both sides. I'm looking forward the results.
