Swiss made DOLMY Stopwatch has completed safe and successful so much!
It's far from ugly work but like professional one.
Because I have no experience on this kind of work, I wanted to send it to the professional person in Kanto area, he refused to do that if the movement is included being afraid of fracture in transits.
Such kind of accidental destruction might happen while transports especially on the precision devices, have I once on a German Synchro Comper mechanical shutter from Tokyo.
This is why I determined to do the work by myself without disassembling the chronometer.
I must appreciate from the bottom of mind Mr. N**ai in Sagamihara city, but for his help to share me a precious parts, a shield glass for DOLMY, the work could not be accomplished at all.

Main wing construction
The main wing weak part is connection portion in Pegasus, according to my experience in the former model Pegasus ST, 100 flight invited some irreversible backlashes at the connection between aluminum pipe and holding holes because of the vibration of motor combustion including the stress while maneuvering, both phenomenon occurred, enlarging holes and thinness of Aluminum pipe.
The holding holes should be fitted tight with keeping some smoothness for insertion and disassembling, so to speak contradictory conditions must be satisfied.
I just imagined to apply Microflon, micro grain Fluororesin powder, in the wooden holes intending reduction of sliding friction.
2 mm nutters would be invested in flying tail Horn portion to make them tightened firmly.
These kind of trifle attentiveness and ingenuity are indispensable for the better maneuver flight.
As Dr. Peter K. Thomas in UCLA said, "A trifle thing might be trifle, on the other hand, piled trifle things are not trifle but worthy enough!".

Probably, the professor must have forgotten the fact to have given me the item or he might regard me as an unreliable person?

Confusion
TOYOTA Caldina AZT241W has covered 150,000 km and she makes me feel some problems in motor and trans axle mounting rubber insulators. Bounce shock stress is conveyed relatively directly. The advantage of this condition is surer steering feel because the heavy masses of the motor and the trans axle is connected directly on the nose portion. I can discern the noise of valve hitting movement while driving meaning the loose of the insulating effect.
The time is come to be replaced as the periodical replacement parts on the motor mounting insulators.
Then what will happen if the necessary maintenance is not performed?

Pegasus Acro on the way
The fuselage and stabilizers, vertical and horizontal were completed for newly building YOSHIOKA Pegasus Acro.
As mentioned before, the designing of main wing is modified to be available for both original aileron style and Flying-Wing, the parts, 4 investing ultra thin radial ball bearing 15-21-4, #7602 and two pieces of 15-13-400 carbon tube.
Considerable expenses make me satisfied.
So, my idea for Flying-Wing in ordinary stunt model is going to be tried on Pegasus Acro. Mixing procedure on the transmitter might be complicated but interesting. The fixed horizontal stabilizer without elevator should be newly fabricated in addition.
I hope I'll enjoy several attempts on the newly constructed model airplane, because this is my own world not to be invaded.
The motor to be introduced would be OS 46 LA with YS fuel pressurized regulating system and the servos would be E-Max 9258 metal geared digital.

A new Idea!
Considering about Flying-Tail construction in Yoshioka Pegasus Acro led me an inspiration the trial on Flying-Main Wing. Recent carbon pipe central connective main wing construction might show me the possibility of FMW idea!
Looping and rolling are done only by the main wing instead of elevator and aileron, interesting! don't you think?
Also sophisticated Radio might it possible set up Flying-Wing program!
Eliminating moving part, ailerons on both side the main wing themselves move and change the angle of attack independently, the fixed horizontal stabilizer loses elevator leading to the elevator servo elimination.
As I'm keeping 50 years old trainer airplane Ikuta Flying Tiger low wing model but fuselage and stabilizers only, the main wing for this would be newly constructed inviting upper idea immediately, motor would be 32 or 25.
An abstract of designing is already rosen up in my mind, I will start immediately to draw the mechanical construction now.
If the result of this trial attempt were favorable, the idea would be introduced in F3A competition models in future.
I wanna see what'll happen ASAP!

Pegasus Acro started
I started to construct YOSHIOKA Pegasus Acro today, and initial step for fuselage is glued up. Wooden parts are well cut by means of LASER system.
Strength and redundancy system are well considered by the professional designer, many small parts are scattered everywhere intending weight reduction.
Very gentle handling is required by some experienced and trained pilot after completion, so this model airplane is not for a beginner but for adequately experienced one.
Pegasus Acro would makes a certain promotion to be controlled well as to participate in the future stunt contests. Very light and relatively large wing area design shows incredibly specific flight.
Because have I several suitable 40 class motors prepared for Pegasus ST model, I'm looking forward to try them on new model.
By the way, Pegasus ST was destroyed after 3 years using by my trifle mistake, vertical, low altitude and motor stop lacking fuel supply, I should not get riding well too much. Loosing power with low altitude leads to a critical crash, this is the same as an actual airplane.

Solex 34 PICT 3 main needle
Probably, former user of this Bocar might have tighten too much in, so the needle valve hole must have been enlarged illegally.
Consequently, the angular position of main needle valve should be decided by my cut & try method repeatedly, very small and keen adjustment is required under this condition, not impossible but available. 470 degree turning back position of mixture control screw is my setting as a matter of fact.
Though the procedure for it relies on my sense and experience, mainly rely on exhaust smell, too much lean mixture produces excessive Hydro-Carbon and too rich Oxidized-Carbon instead.
Of course, spark firing timing and timing acceleration construction, both vacuum and centrifugal has much to do with the motor's combustion.
Because have I a struggled experience on Weber 40 DCOM side draft twin carburetor as long as 10 years originally embedded in Peugeot Talbot 205 Rallye, the single carburetor adjustment is not so difficult task for me.
With mechanical Weber side draft twin carburetors, Regular Government Continuity Inspection had been passing instead of Private.
Experienced mechanic servicemen should know how difficult it had been on Earth?
I always say to myself and to my son, only experiences make a man.
Asking anything to others means being stolen precious and indispensable treasures by the others.

Precious rubber cup parts
Ordered brake rubber cup parts arrived from Tokyo for my VW Super Beetle 1302 costing 5,292 yen including Tax. Judging from ordinary common sense for these parts, ten times price, however they are unlikely as 45 years production air-cooled Beetle, how come?
I must inquire the rusting phenomena on the brake cylinder inside wall first, though I didn't neglect to change brake fluid every 3 years, occasionally, honing procedure must be done if the wall might have substantial oxidized deficiency.
Considering conscientiously, the cylinder inner surfaces should be processed by means of Chrome plating technology in to like a mirror, don't you think?
Because I touched everything, imagined I some fine omission work before I begin to change rubber cups into new ones.
In order to prevent brake fluid leaking, I do insert a DIY 1 mm thickness round rubber pert between the rubber cup and the bottom of a sliding pusher part, counter-measuring 2-step stance.
Let's see what will happen, reporting later.

Used YS 60 FS
Arrived YS 60 FSH motor disappointed me a bit, that was made successfully bid in Yahoo Auction at 2,980 yen without competitors.
There exists no worn away evidence outside probably with very short period of time operation, but the ringed piston has apperent shinny spot at exhaust angular position also at opposite side meaning that the motor had been operated in very critical condition, too lean mixture loosing main needle valve setting. As a common sense, Ringed Piston has enough tolerance between the cylinder wall compared with ABC or AAC, in spite of the advantaged circumstance, the piston has shinny spots around the ring at higher position?
Probably, a former user must be failed in the initial break-in stage and a miserable YS 60 FS motor has been thrown away because of poor performance.
Crank shaft supporting main bearing has uneven ball wear not because of ordinary use but because of operating in the critical condition.
Now, I made up my mind to save this motor and to survive acquiring the original performance as designed by Mr. Yamada.
Removing concave surfaces on the piston wall caused by over-heating handling would be carefully reshaped avoiding unnecessary slipping resistor, piled carbon and sludge would be removed and the main bearing # 6903 would be replaced.
Following the Physical principle these kind of task is not always difficult.
Hoping this weeping and beaten-up motor would fly into the blue sky like a Phoenix in very near future.

OS 40 LA main port
Modification has accomplished on OS 40 LA forming the Schnierle main port successfully. The procedures were done on both cylinder sleeve wall and forming gas way inside the case. Keen concentration and special tools such as Carbide cutter were required to carry it out.
Because this modification is experienced on OS 25 LA motor last year, the task on 40 LA was not so difficult one but not so easy.
Later investigation about 40 LA models proved that the end stage production model has main Schnierle port, that has one piece rear cover plate with the needle valve body, not an independent metallic holding stay.
As I have formed the main port with oblique angled gas way to grow plug direction, manufacturer's design of it is horizontal parallel to the piston top surface.
I'm looking forward to compare my modification with originally 3 ported 40 LA model.
Troublesome wheel cylinder
Very slight stuck feeling just before stopping obliged me to investigate the reason, right rear wheel was the criminal. Though a rear wheel nut loosening procedure required some muscle work, I did it without hesitation.
Finding out some break fluid leak there at leading side sliding pusher portion, cleaning was done on the cylinder inner wall and pushing part on both sides.
Any anxiety in break system spoils a fun to drive my VW Super Beetle, so the rubber repair kit was ordered to FLAT 4 VW shop in Tokyo before long. Ordered part might be expensive, small and tiny rounded rubber sealing and covering boots cost as much as 1,000 yen?
Anyway, fully overhauling including fluid replacement would be done while the holidays, the end of this year and a new year vocation.
Evasion is worse?

I'm going to proceed to a muscle working on the break system maintenance today, but it's relatively convenient for me to do that because the temperature is low and I need some athletic training these days.

Detuned OS 40 LA
I have realized the truth that OS 40 LA motor lacks a Schnierle main port but only side ports aside, how come! ? Instead of 46 LA motor's 3 Schnierle ports?
I understand that the lower graded motor should not have some similar performance and potential with that of higher graded ones from the manufacture's standing poiint of view.
According to the manufacturer's strategy, important and indispensable machining prosess must have been eliminated intentionally.
But, I hear a deep shout by 40 LA motor, " I have much more potential if I'm machined the same as elder brother motors, probably you can do that!?".
So, I determined to do that, with contrary to the maker's speculation, the same procedure had been done on OS 25 LA motor previously and it's performance came to the same revel or more as OS 25 top models.
The original case designing has convex shape for Schnierle main port and the thickness for a main port is enough to be engraved inside.
In order to establish the port on a cylinder wall and engraving gas way inside of the case, keen and fine technologh might be required if it might be done by an outsider manually.
Breakthrough chilidish strategy is one of my exciting pleasure!
The result would be prooved in some model airplane competition scenry.

Ho realizzato la verità che il motore OS 40 LA manca di una porta principale Schnierle ma solo le porte laterali a parte, come mai! ? Invece di 46 porte Schnierle del motore LA?
Capisco che il motore con un grado più basso non dovrebbe avere prestazioni e potenzialità simili a quelle di quelle di livello più elevato dal punto di vista del produttore.
Secondo la strategia del produttore, un processo di lavorazione importante e indispensabile deve essere stato eliminato intenzionalmente.
Ma, sento un forte urlo da parte di 40 LA motor, "Ho molto più potenziale se sono lavorato allo stesso modo dei motori fratello maggiore, probabilmente puoi farlo !?".
Quindi, ho deciso di farlo, contrariamente alle speculazioni del produttore, la stessa procedura era stata già eseguita sul motore di OS 25 LA e le sue prestazioni sono arrivate allo stesso entusiasmo o più dei top model di OS 25.
Il design del case originale ha una forma convessa per la porta principale di Schnierle e lo spessore per una porta principale è sufficiente per essere inciso all'interno.
Al fine di stabilire la porta su una parete del cilindro e l'incisione del gas all'interno del case, potrebbe essere necessaria una tecnologia appassionata e raffinata, se potrebbe essere eseguita manualmente da un estraneo.
L'incredibile strategia infantile è uno dei miei eccitanti piaceri!
Il risultato verrebbe dimostrato in alcuni scenari di concorrenza di aeroplani modello.

OS 40 LA & 46 LA con sistema YS
Sono stato sorpreso di aver smontato OS 40 LA e 46 LA, precisamente la tecnologia di precisione, inclusa la precisione e la finitura del getto di metallo, le boccole di bronzo sono state inserite mediante il metodo di fusione simultanea nelle parti necessarie nel caso, supportando l'albero motore. La bussola del cilindro è più sottile al massimo con il metodo di taglio, ma in seguito viene sostituita con il metodo Flange Flange.

I carburatori sono sostituiti da quelli originali a OS 2C per le corse automobilistiche con diametro della gola di 7,0 mm, non solo per la massima potenza, ma hanno il meccanismo di spremitura del carburante all'operazione più bassa.

I was surprised to have disassembled OS 40 LA and 46 LA, precisely fine machined technology including metal casting accuracy & finish, bronze bushes were inserted by means of simultaneous casting method at necessary portions in the case, supporting crank shaft. Cylinder sleeve is thinner utmost by cutting method but later changed into Flange rolling method.
Although they do not have crank shaft supporting bearings, according to my perception, they are not always necessary for ordinary use if the motor is used under 12,000 rpm, rather than I would be released from some troublesome bearing maintenance cares, lighter and thinner motor design is preferable if the displacements are the same.

ENYA 45 CXL modification
A pressure nipple was set on ENYA 45 CXL with the same manner as ENYA SS 35. Fully disassembled as usual and the crank shaft on intake port was engraved to establish adequate pressure timing for 105 to 160 ATDC pulse width precisely.
Without this modification for YS fuel pressurized regulating system, this motor would lose the opportunity to be used for F3A P19 maneuver pattern purpose.
The mechanism in ENYA G type carburetor with fuel squeezing makes it possible to invite YS system.
Special designing, Aluminum-Chrome plated cylinder and Aluminum piston would make a good performance and it's longer life.
So, any ordinary motor with fuel squeezing construction carburetor could be possible to operate under fuel pressurized condition.
The throttle barrel throat lower hole was enlarged to prevent orifice effect, this is an indispensable modification for motor stable operation at the lowest speed.
Any main needle valve setting with deception under natural aspiration is not required, because pressurized fuel supply amount would be kept so stable in any attitude of airplane, rising up or coming down, from the beginning to the end of the maneuver. Also, any fuel tank burdening position in the fuselage is acceptable even at tail end, most of the time very near CG position.
It is not notified the true potential and capability of the motor until it is actually used under fuel pressurized condition, once the fuel mixture is decided, the supplying fuel condition does not changed, no matter how rising up or downing phase or the beginning of the maneuver pattern or the last stage.

TETRA Rookie 20 Refreshment
Refreshment of TETRA Rookie 20 is completed, motor replacement from OS 32 F to ENYA SS 35 and fixed nose gear to steerable one. No movement of CG occurred as a matter of fact. Though, 35 motor might be recommended that too much for the 20 class trainer, just overpowered leading to an unable woman, F3A pattern maneuver on windy condition requires unbalanced motor power.
Probably, precise motor controlling technique might be obliged to keep stable flight.
I wanna ask to myself that do I do my works more conveniently, more quickly!
Do I make myself in a comfortably warm spring bathing?
A trifle person like me has a tendency to lead a life with eating full, oversleeping and wasting time, especially a dragonfly living in a Paradise, in Japan country with no aggressive fighting, no starving, no dangerous circumstances even in the middle of the night.
Situated in Far West US Strategy Front as Japan country is, we are keeping a peaceful daily lives here, is this phenomena brought just because of Japanese Peace Constitution? Or, because of US military air bases scattered all over Japanese land, 84 in number?
Should we Japanese nation recognize the fact and truth that the occupation by US has been long lasting since the end of WW2?
Remember that a cleared up blue sky also exists in a biggest Typhoon Core Center!

Throttle modification for YS system
The most important requirement is often lost to modify ordinary motor to YS fuel pressurized regulating system. Orifice effect in the throat while low speed operation should be removed to obtain stable rotation.
In order to do that, lower part of throttle valve must be opened freely when drum type throttle construction is invited, otherwise YS system would not demonstrate it's performance enough. So, the throttle valve must accept some irreversible modification, no return to natural aspiration.

Replacement parts
ENYA SS 35 was disassembled only on the front housing portion for the purpose of setting up pressure nipple, in combination with YS fuel pressure regulating system.
The bearings for main crank shaft supporting is #6901 and for front is R4A inch size promptly. The capacity of their road is adequate design for this 35 motor.
Careful scaling was performed to establish the most suitable pressure withdrawing timing, nipple position and crank shaft engraving point both are very important requirement for proper performance of the regulator, between 105 and 160 degree value ATDC is the key to success.
As for an original carburetor, 6,5 mm throat diameter is designed for the use under natural aspiration condition, but judging from an actual scaling the port gas way in the crank shaft, 7,5 mm diameter, more 1 mm wider throat wold be effective for the ultimate performance if operated under fuel pressurized condition.
Consequently, ENYA GM type carburetor with 7 mm diameter throat is invited for the upper purpose. The mechanical construction of GM carburetor makes it possible to adjust mixture as to attain the best low rotational condition not only natural aspiration but fuel pressurized conditions.
The reputation of SS 35 among the modelers is not so favorable because of narrower in take gas way in the crank shaft, but my modification would thoroughly wipe out such kind of rumor, YS fuel pressurized regulating system is the only way to do that.

Rookie 20 maintenance
Long awaited modification is not on the way on TETRA Lookie 20 trainer airplane.
Because the surface condition of flying place is flat well, fully plated with dubber mat, too much distance the airplane goes without stopping.
So, steering function on the nose gear is indispensable at all. This is why I made up my mind to apply TETRA Nose Gear S type on Lookie 20 in stead of fixed one.
The performance of OS 32 F could be understood enough in combination with YS pressurized fuel regulating system, so the motor would be exchanged into ENYA SS 35 that is light enough to meet with OS 32 F. A pressure nipple to withdraw pressures for pressure signal activating the regulator in adequate timing.
Indirect mounting mechanism should be fabricated again utilizing L shape cross section Aluminum Alloy material by myself.
These modifications are very simple as described, but they are relatively complicated and time consuming task.
It became cold outside, so now is the time to be spent for working table tasks rather than going out for flight.

ASO 88th Regular Concert in Fukushima OSAKA
We enjoyed utmost Classic Concert this evening, Ashiya Symphony Orchestra 88th Regular Concert, also ASO 50th anniversary special Concert was held at Fukushima The Symphony Hall OSAKA. And it was successfully performed as usual under the conductor Mr. Kazusi Yamashita. Additionally, beautiful vocal encore was done for the sake of the spirit of disaster in Tohoku area a few years ago, actually the made a concert tour at Ishinomaki on 3ird in November, at Sennan Art and Culture Center on 4th November, and today.

Accidental affair
I was disappointed to know that OS does not supply the part of 7DV carburetor spray bar any longer because of old model. As I have been suffering from stuck feeling at the fuel squeezing construction from new condition. This strange phenomena should be caused by some low manufacturing(poor quality control) by the manufacturer. So, I tried to establish the centrality of spray bar inclination by inserting metal rod inside, applied stress damaged splay bar slit portion by chance and incredible breakage happened along through the slit miserably as a matter of fact, Oh my God! Fuel squeezing mechanism in 7DV carburetor has lost completely, how come?
The carburetor should be brought to OS service front asking any countermeasure before I did poor action on it, then they must have done well with it as usual.
This destroyed part had been thrown away for long time because of the reason.
Just I imagined the way to rescue this lonely one by myself imitating the fuel passing ways in YS 60 FR motor, yes, engrave the sharp triangle passing way on the throttle valve and carburetor body inside.
Deeper consideration should lead me to do that because have I a good control in front of me.
Several precise modifications must be required on the way of machining procedure, but I'll do that once the idea comes in to my mind.
Wanna I fulfill my ambition, it is interesting, don't you think?
Of course OS 61 RF rear exhaust port type motor would be operated in combination with YS fuel pressurizing regulator system.
Reporting on this interesting trial attempt would be done later.
Super Beetle brake maintenance
As I felt some strange feel at the state just before stop, inspected I front wheels of
Super Beetle by lifting up, then unacceptable rotational resistance was observed in right side wheel, so to speak stuck feeling.
Following the natural countermeasure for this inconvenience, the brake drum was removed, no problem was found out in wheel bearings, inner and outer.
Careful checking on the operative cylinder, the sliding pusher for the trailing side was cohesively stuck. This kind of banish like material might have come from gradual leak of brake fluid or denaturing of silicon grease applied at assembling stage.
Removing all the banish there and reassembling the construction re-obtained the natural function again.
Whenever we start the brake maintenance work, some dust sheet under the wheel must be prepared, otherwise, the pit floor would be spoiled as shown in the picture.
I felt the necessity to check brake construction periodically, the maintenance sheet by the constructors is not prepared unreasonably.

YS pressurized fuel regulating system
Though the performance and stability in actual use is already proved by the manufacturer, their regulator system is available or not on another motors by different constructors except Yamada under the natural aspirating carburetor fuel pressurized condition. According to the opinion(probably scientifically proved by actual measurement by the company) The pressure value of the first stage compression in 2 cycle motor crank case is the same no matter how the displacement value might be different, meaning that the first stage pressure value is the same in the smaller motor as 10 cc motor. We might regard it smaller in a smaller motor, but they are the same value, even in L.M. Cox 010 cu inch motor. So, my curiosity to prove the fact if it is possible or not, to apply the system on another motors, it is a simple but long lasting reason why I have been advocating on this point.
The way of experiment
The pressure nipple was set on the front part of crank case for the purpose to pull out the first stage presser that compress the fuel tank to supply pressurized fuel to the carburetor and controlling the fuel amount adequately and supply stable amount according to the motor speed under some changeable burdening condition in the maneuver scenarios. YS regulator is mounted on somewhere nearby the motor independently.
The requirement for operating YS regulator system in steady state
No pressure leak in fuel line and pressure line including one way valve and fuel strainer and regulator such as small grain dust or fiber material from the textile.
Pressure nipple(pressure extracting point and duration) should be properly between 105 degree and 160 degree ATDC. The pressure extraction angle value is very important to obtain the most effective controlling avoiding pressure fluctuation caused by fundamental 2 cycle piston valve construction. The stable pressure supply contributes not only to the tank burdening position, most of the case it is near CG point but also to the linear carburetor action in combination with the diaphragm regulator system. Requirement of the carburetor YS fuel pressure regulator does not have the capability to control the fuel amount at the lowest throttle position. The diaphragm control is not so linearly at the throttle closest position.
Consequently, it should be controlled by carburetor construction by means of fuel squeezing mechanism such as an additional opposing needle or slit closing spray bar designing. Air through controlling screw is not always necessary here. ENYA G-type carburetor is available if the fuel way should be closed utmost following the groove engraved on the throttle valve drum surface.

Gnathologisches Instrument
Gnathologisches Instrument Bedauerlicherweise geschah eine elende Angelegenheit.
Ein kostbares und teures articulater, Charles E. Stuart entworfenes völlig justierbares Gnathologic-Gerät im zahnmedizinischen Feld verschwand im Museum, das Fall zeigt.
Ich fand es zufällig in der Lagerstätte im Zustand des Verlustes der Schneidezahnführung und des abgetrennten oberen Gipsverbandes.
Als ich fragte, wo es sich um den Chef des Zeuges handelt, antwortete er, dass es irgendwo ist und er es später suchen würde, wie lange ich auch den ganzen Tag warten könnte, die Zeit, den Ort zu schließen, er bereitete sich darauf vor, nach Hause zu kommen. zu ihm, dann bring es mir morgen.
Wahrscheinlich dachte er widerstrebend, er bediente die gebogene und verzerrte Führungsnadel mit der Entschuldigung für den Fehler, der von einem der Dinge verursacht worden war. Aber er hat nie erklärt, wer es mit Namen getan hat.

When I asked where it is to the chief of the stuff, he replied it's somewhere and he would seek it later, however longer I might wait it all day long, the time to close the place, he prepared to come home, and I said to him, then bring it to me tomorrow.
Probably he reluctantly thought, he served the bent and distorted guide pin with apologizing the fault caused by one of the stuff. But, he never declared who did it by name.
Falling down accident was the reason to hide the articulater!
Layman or laywoman cause such kind of mistake sometimes, because the bows upper and lower are separated in Arcon type articulater, not jointed in the hinge portion.
He made up his mind to cover the punishment by a joint and multiple responsibility , it's nothing but a Japanese way of thinking as if he looks a person with warm and gentle mind.
He keep concealing the evidence forever or until it becomes obvious?
On the other hand, I have different way of regarding that I put and emphasis on the point, the importance is how we can countermeasure the accident, repair it or order a new part to the manufacturer.

40 years old ENYA 60 X
A radial mount for ENYA 60 X was fabricated with wooden plate to be burdened on a flying motor testing airplane, Sukhoi 31.
Though the radial mount is set on the bulkhead by way of 4 points rubber insulator, I designed to support with rubber plates in addition for the purpose of avoiding combustion knocking vibration. This kind of mounting method might spoil the true maximum and ultimate performance of the motor, but the effect of prolonging the lives of potentiometers in the servo's construction as well as of all the moving parts in the airplane.
Rubber insulators for the motor mounting take effect for silent flight, vibration and combustion noise including that is produced by propeller's cavitation in the sky and that is similar with combustion noise. Most of the noisy air plane amplify both noises on main wing and fuselage surfaces, in short, they play a part of noise amplifier in the sky. This is why the method to separate the noise causing origin with airplane body at the point of the first bulkhead by means of setting any insulation materials, rubber.
But, remember here, a slight fluctuation on the motor thrust line affects on the flight, most of the pilot might feel some funny reactions to every direction.
Considering the physical property of the viscoelasticity in rubber material, below JIS #70 coefficient is not recommended for the purpose here.
This motor had not been operated as long as 40 years just after once testing operation with Tuned pipe on Curare 60.
As a secret information, the main crank shaft supporting bearing is a very seldom one, the outer lace diameter is 2 mm wider than ordinary #6903, so the engraving on the front case for supporting bearing does not accept #6903 so far as the space here should be fulfilled, a ling spacer must be required if popular one is desired.
This is why ENYA 60 X has not been used as my first line fighter's motor, however deeper I might love the specific character of ENYA 60 X, good performance producing stout construction and Aluminum alloy-Chrome plated cylinder design.

שריר עבודה על VW חיפושית סופר
בעיה קריטית קרה במחשב הראשי שלי הבוקר, איך זה קרה? זה לא מתחיל בכלל, AD-Aware ותוכניות Spybot SD רץ אמש, כי היו הסיבה לתקלה? עכשיו אני יודע כמה אני מסתמך על מערכת אינטר נטו לחיי היומיום שלי. אני לגמרי מחזיק מעמד המצב!
התקנה מחדש של מערכת ההפעלה ב HD החדש פתר את הבעיה הפעם, אשכול התנגשות עשויה להיות הסיבה.
רדיו אתלטי אימון הבוקר נזכרתי על העבודה שריר על שלי VW סופר חיפושית אתמול.
אם לשפוט על פי שיטה ראו דרך על גלגל קדמי חזית במצב ine, ערך רב מדי נצפתה, ההיסטוריה הבלתי נשכחת בעבר נקרא שוב, הרס מוחלט של השיחים התחתונה זרוע התחתונה, הייתי חייב לעבוד שרירים הגדול ביותר!

Jetzt weiß ich, wie sehr ich mich für mein tägliches Leben auf das Inter-Net-System verlassen habe. Ich bin völlig in Aufrechterhaltung!
Die Neuinstallation des Betriebssystems in neuem HD löste das Problem dieses Mal, Cluster-Clash könnte der Grund sein.
Radio Athletic Training heute Morgen erinnerte mich an die Muskelarbeit an meinem VW Super Beetle gestern.
Nach einer durchsichtigen Methode an den Vorderrädern war zu viel Wert zu beobachten, eine unvergessliche Vergangenheit wurde wieder aufgerollt, die komplette Zerstörung der vorderen Unterarm-Gelenkbuchsen, ich war zu einer größten Muskelarbeit verpflichtet!
Seltsame Lenkreaktion beim Wenden, sehr geringer mechanischer Widerstand gerade wenn sie ohne Bremsvorgang stoppt, unerklärliches schlechtes Fahrgefühl, instabile Lenkzentrierung, einige Unannehmlichkeiten wurden beobachtet.
Ich wurde gestern tatsächlich gerungen, ich entschloss mich, die Vorderachsenkonstruktion zu demontieren, um den Zustand der Scharnierbuchsen und den Bruch von Gummi in ihnen zu untersuchen.
Es wurde schließlich kein merkwürdiges Problem herausgefunden, was machte dann eine Diskrepanz beim Tow-In-Wert, 11 Minuten Winkelwert?

Probably imagine I that the continues stress from a specific direction might have caused the permanent elastic strain in rubber material contraction in the bushes, that kind of phenomena some times happens.
Remember that the driver's weight on the seat should not be forgotten while measuring and adjusting on wheel alignment and axle construction, shown above, 3 poly cases filled with 18L water were set in position.
Anyway, the procedure of dis-assembling and following re-assembling the vehicle's axle construction makes me feel tired so much, it is caused by aging?

OS 40 FSR
OS 40 FSR schnuerle motor is one of the most popular over 35 years ago.
