JR West Japan wrote me responding to my report on 29th December '10 noticing the results of the disorder on the specific passenger vehicle.
As I pointed out they checked, separated the car, realized the defects and replaced parts, now recoverd.
I'm so relieved the defect was eliminated before some accident occurs, no way to check out on every 12 months periodical checking?
