Nipple setting up procedure had done safe on OS 55 AX motor at usual position, enforcement rib was no harm for withdrawing the primary crankcase pressure.
Next step is engraving a cavity adapting with the timing and duration, as mentioned before, between 105 degree ATDC and 160 degree ATDC with 55 degree duration.
Relatively simple modification like this, any ordinary front shaft rotary valve motor can be operated under YS fuel pressurized regulating system.
As my surprise, the counter weight is designed as some eccentric angle position, probably because of smooth operation and gaining more power.
All the machinery works on this motor is marvelous at all, all the tolerance are so small, Ogawa Precision company has made progress with sophistication.
