Indispensable Vacuum Advancer

From the beginning I didn't feel fine somehow on VW AD motor in 1302 Super Beetle.
Replacement to BOSCH genuine distributor from 009 thoroughly cleared strange woolly feeling,old stock new parts has vacuum advancer and simple and cheep 009 has centrifugal mechanical advancer only instead.
The advancing is required immediately after acceleration to compensate the change of operation with more fuel at the same time.
But 009 could apply only more fuel, this is why the driver feels some complaint about acceleration, stumbling and hesitation.
The vacuum is once lost by opening throttle valve,the ignition timing must be advanced immediately, recent computerized automobile has a intake manifold vacuum sensor for the purpose,this advance gives driver comfort undoubtedly.
In spite of the necessary advance value 28 degree/3,000rpm is attained on 009, some better result was not obtained,do I guess the fundamental reason on this point?
An atmospheric temperature sensor, an intake manifold pressure sensor or an air mass sensor contribute to the motor stability and to the perfect control of motor performances.
I reaffirmed the physical property of the internal combustion engine after adjusting the old designed VW air-cooled AD motor.
