Seconds angle value

Soaking myself in the pond of 1970s industrial technologies is of interest on earth for me.
On the other hand a thoughtful and sophisticated nowadays automobiles are not interesting for driving even nor maintaining, fully computerized control does not permit the users to enter the the engine controls, trans-axles and also braking system.
So an only a room left for users is the reconstruction of axle settings, meeting the value not with the tolerance but with the construction standard center on ultimate accuracy.
My intention is very simple and clear that a car may exist which goes straight without adjusting to keep straight running if right or left tendencies on steering stabilized cars exist.
I have been searching the place or the technical engineers to be capable in adjusting wheel alignments for 40 years, including factory technical center or professional instructor in Nagoya, but in vain, no one could satisfy my desire on wheel alignment.
The bitter experiences obliged me to determine to do that by my self about 10 years ago.
Consequently the researches started from the very beginning position, how to know the three dimensional inclination of wheel, where to measure, what kind of devices are required and eliminations of error influenced by deformable physical properties of rubbers and establishments of methods obtaining repeatable datum.
Over ten years of researches by myself proved the possibilities to fix the angle value of the wheel alignments that has the possiblity to adjust to the level of granularity of second. In conclusion, I can mention the truth and the fact those the right or left sides steering tendency would not disappear until the accuracy of the thrust angle error should corrected at plus minus 15 seconds angle degree.

Because found I some mistake in the Web site, I would like to write down on the critical point on wheel alignment.
Generally the stability while straight running mainly depends on the value of rear toe-in.
But the rear toe is applied the steering action while turning the curves combinations with the physical properties of suspension setting, rolling center, the balance of anti-rolling devices bushes and stabilizer, suspension springs and shock absorbers.
So the value of rear toe-in has nothing to with the straight running stability, the accuracies of frontal camber equilibrium, front and rear promptly, and thrust angle eliminations are the first factors.
