It seems to come from poor sentiment in the National Assembly that the strange buzz on the note secretly taken using tele photo lense by some cameraman.
Such kind of actions and reactions make me remeber the famous words by former US President Roosevelt,
"Character, in the long run, is the decisive factor in the life of an individual and of nations alike."
