SLR MC Rokkor 50/1,7

Minolta MC Rokkor 50/1,7 old lens for SLR camera in ancient silver salt period of time was disassembled to adopt on Canon EOS Digital body. The construction of lens case was formed with aluminum alloy material, so all the 6 lenses formed Gaussian designing are easily removed to clean closed surfaces in case of emergency like mold invasion. On the other hand, the lens case of later MD lenses were made of engineering plastic, probably one piece plastic casting technology. So, it would be hopeless to disassemble lens case to clean glass pieces. The life of a lighter MD lens even with plastic helicoid construction would end when chronic mold invasion. As a conclusion, old metal case MC lenses are available as consumer durables.
