Taking antibiotics last night has put under control the inflammation on the lower right second molar, yes, it took effect. But, as for my surprise, the inflammation phenomena appeared on the first molar medial portion, how come? My body condition might not so favorable at all?
Anyway this inflammatory condition must be removed, the pain has some synchronization by the heart beat and the swelling around the tooth is not appeared except some specific prominence accompanying considerable mastication inconvenience, only the first molar touches causing awful pain when bite in centric jaw position.
Premature contact on lower right first molar makes normal mastication difficult, in spite of being invited for dinner by the neighbor this evening.
My first molar must be in the middle stage of inflammation caused by bacterial infection into the tooth, some peripheral nerve is stimulated by caused pressure inside of the nerve room. I must endure this great pain for the time being, because the pain controlling medicine would not come into the painful tooth by way of narrow hole at the tip end of the root.
The nerve tissue causing this pain is just like a string dust, very tiny one, so, a big information like an unendurable pain does not always carried by a lot of things.
Feeling it's better go to the Dentist, I would like to endure a little bit more to know what will happen on me next, remembering that acute and no fatal disease exists in oral area however incredibly unendurable pain might be felt.
This is why I am able to be lonely.

Tooth aches
The degree of pain in my lower right second molar drifts depending on time elapsing, this inconvenient phenomena is lasting for 3 days since I clenched to destroy something hard there. Some aggressive down force must have knocked down the piled cementing material painted between residual dentin material and an inlay metal.
So, the problem I have now must moved some Mechanical one to Biological, Biochemical and Pathological disease, complicated condition I have fallen down!
Thank to not some noisy commercial sites, but to the pure logic and academic ones, such as Pub-med, Pub-dent, Pub-bio, Pub-bio-path and Pub-biochem, I can obtain truly necessary information there, of course much more harder effort is required to understand and seek around into the specific field.
Though I seldom go to such a tiresome site in my daily life, the most apparent sense, Pain feeling makes it possible or oblige me to do so.
I make it a rule to regard my unusually inconvenient condition as an opportunity to study myself without endeavor, because the pain feeling is a good driving energy to force myself go into some undesired direction.
Different condition causes different attitude if it is desired or not.

YS 45 FR complains!
Though I have been making little of YS 45 FR motor to conquer and to be put under fully control without some specific effort for me, because had I been gotten accustomed to use YS 60 FR motor everyday flight about 30 years ago. But the reality to use 45 motor is completely different from the imagined situation. 30 years of absence from the Radio Control Model Airplane field made me forget every keen sense to make full use of YS fuel pressurized system and to apply a special skill on Tune Pipe setting procedure.
The difficulty to do do that is conquering the variable factors which interacts with each other, main needle setting combination with the regulator angular adjustment, Tuned Pipe setting position adjustment with main needle valve, an adequate road propeller selection while high up and in descent posture with Tuned Pipe position and some smooth followability of throttle controlling while maneuver actions, in addition the exhaust sound should be discerned with comfort by the audience.
Following the premium advice suggestion by the representative of YS motor company that the most suitable Tuned Pipe setting position does not exist as some range with some width but does as "A single pointed position". He put an emphasis on that point at that time about 40 years ago.
Consequently, seeking the point is not an easy task, but an ultimate and unexplainable pleasant would be tasted when after being established it and proved the result in the competition, tens years ago, a famous world champ came to me to praise me as the best exhaust sound contestant. Best balanced motor operation sound differs from others those are not so.
The excellence of the internal combustion engine is exhausted to it!

12-7 GF prop. for YS45FR
Pitch corrected Glass Fiber Polyester propeller into 12-7 is very suitable for YS 45 FR motor burdened on "Hornet". Reaction and compliance in combination with Tuned pipe has been obedient when motor speed controlled, as not to feel any discomfort in any maneuver posture while drawing. Today could I realize how important it is to setup adequate load by selecting suitable propeller and Tuned pipe length.
All the strange reaction while speed controlling was disappeared as a matter of fact. More precise pipe length adjustment of Tuned pipe would be done tomorrow.
As for OS 32 FX motor on "PILOT Ace B" is favorable for drawing F3A P-17 patterns. The problem that unburned fuel in the muffler has far reduced in amount but remains a bit after applying orifice hole in the muffler pressure tube line, there must be some problem in the weight tip for fuel inlet in the tank. Anyway, it can draw P-17 maneuver patterns till the end.
"Begin the Begin" powered by OS 40 FSR taken out this morning flew well but dull attitude made me feel bored, too much span length and large main wing area with high point wing setting might be the reason.
The repair and reconstruction for "PILOT Fighter" does not proceed well because I fee some tiresome to do that in the deeper part of my mind.
The smaller the model airplane is, the more difficult to build and to control.
But, what is difficult is worth overcoming at all, don't you think?
Grow fuel stock has been running short, so I have ordered 16 l canned fuel THC 15 Super Fuel, but THC is going to withdraw from the model motor grow fuel market, and I must give up next order, OS fuel would be some alternative for THC.

Busy as to borrow cat's hands
Immediately after getting the notice, I have adjusted pitch of 2 pieces of glass polyester props as usual utilizing pitch gauge. 12-7 would be suitable probably to the point. I have been feeling some mismatching the burdening with 12-6 wooden prop till the former flight, 1 inch more pitch application would cause some good condition of operation in Tuned pipe length adjustment also as well as setting the best needle valve angular position.
Let's try on coming Tuesday.
As mentioned before, PILOT Ace B have a problem that OS 32 FX motor stops unexpectedly after spin maneuver and considerable unburned fuel is contained in the muffler and this phenomena has much to do with motor stop?
As the countermeasure for an inconvenient phenomena, I applied a piece of plastic tube with 1 mm diameter hole inside of muffler pressure silicon tube line intending setting some orifice hole to activate that muffler pressure air goes to the tank freely, but overflowing fuel caused by centrifugal effect while spin maneuver does not comes into the muffler because of 1 mm hole orifice.
Destroyed Fighter is now under repairing condition with desperate effort to be in time for the next flight on Tuesday, just some wooden part grew adhering procedure paying keen attention not to cause discrepancy.
I know that the more accuracy is required if the airplane is a smaller size.
Anyway, even a small model airplane want to be adjusted fairly and the effort is not always an easy task.
Though I'm a geriatric, not a day passes without doing anything, I need more time period a day.

Fighter destroyed
I destroyed the fuselage of Fighter this morning, while I was processing break-in step on ENYA 20 TV motor. I feel some ashamed to write about this phenomena that it was not destroyed not while the flight but I was guiding it on the ground, just a taxing miss control of my own. Because the nose gear set in Fighter is fixed one and it's lateral direction change is done by rudder and motor control giving some wind flow on the rudder surface. This is relatively difficult for a small model airplane, and it hit on some convex part, it lost main gear from the fixing base of the fuselage, vertical and horizontal stabilizers destroyed together.
This destruction would be fairly repaired before the next flight day, on coming Tuesday.
Over 50 years ago, the concept to wear the silencer or the muffler on the modele engines did not exist, because some considerable power down was inevitable if unnecessary parts are set on exhaust port. After that some noise problem as pollution appeared.
Consequently, the motor with muffler is burdened on an old airplane the Center of Gravity comes forward because of muffler weight. As a countermeasure of the displacement of CG, extension of tail moment, shortening of nose moment and just move the main wing position forward on the fuselage in addition to making the battery and servos position backward.
Next one on the way is PILOT Junior Original version is so did to extend the tail moment that is the same as TETRA Rookie 10. More over, as I deeply feel the inconvenience of main wing's Dihedral Angle that causes rolling phenomena when tail down movement was done by rudder action. Though Dihedral angle is applied to establish the stability while straight flight, an excellent proportional system does not require such kind of stabilization construction at all.
Rolling bad habit while Knife edge maneuver is unnecessary movement that should be eliminated if stable maneuver drawing is desired.
So, the main wing would not be make use of that of Rookie 10 but it would be newly fabricated with purely symmetric airfoil shape and of course dihedral angle would be zero degree, flat one.
Recently, accident follows one after another, take care not to follow jinx, If it happen twice sure to do three times!.
Professional vs Amateur
I happen to come across with an opportunity to fly with one of a F3A Seed Flyer and actually I had recognized how much different so to speak Flight Style is. There existed apparent dimensional deviation between an amateur flyer for just a playing with it and a professional who is payed by that as his own job. The way of catching the phenomena of flight is fundamentally different from an ordinary flyer. The person's presence on the spot causes some atmospheric change and generate an Aura scattering his good energy around.
Thanks to borrowing his energy, I could fly F3A P-17 maneuver pattern far better than usual training flight alone. I felt that some external stimulation from the outside is indispensable to proceed my flight technique, monotonous and just repeated daily flight done alone is not always good if I could train myself freely without disturbance.
To see actually by my naked eye the desperate effort by the engineers of the factory R & D division is worth experiencing for my superb satisfactory.
Whenever I come across with such an opportunity, I am forced to realize the difference between a layman amateur and professional engineers in the field.
It is very difficult to rise up self consciousness with the right rising and to keep that condition without external energy. Just self-effort, self-evaluation and self-esteem are not enough to do that.

Do I make desperate effort?
Net Surfing seeking Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra revealed that how such a different sound they produced in the concert last Saturday. Their activity to hold concert is outstandingly so much in number few times a month everywhere. The opportunities given to KPO made them to produce such a wonderful sound as they gave us. I felt some fundamental difference between an amateur Orchestra and the professionals.
Any professional artist should give some eye-opening impression to the audience and also make them feel to try again at that time if they were salaried for playing instruments.
On the other hand, the requirement for amateur Orchestra is play well without failure, that's all. In short, there exists apparently the difference between them, the reason of different sound is based on that of urgent consciousness level.
The dream in my hobby is to exceed the professional level in F3A Maneuver Competition in spite of my standing point of view as an amateur flyer.
Depending on the concept that we the same human being, and we can do the same if an adequate training and exercise are performed keeping our self consciousness high.
Writing like this is an easy task because it's only an image training, but doing actually following this is not so, even if I might overcome a high wall with desperate effort, next higher wall would be waiting and this tendency endlessly continues one after another.
I don't prefer to spending time without doing anything, but I hesitate repeated difficulties coming on rough, how come?

Directional identification
I noticed that a bunch of 2 cycle 45 motors at my hand while I am ignorant, about 25 in number, ENYA, OS, YS, OPS, ROSSI, FOX and K&B. Is it possible to use actually all through my life? Considering all of my circumstance condition, 45 size is the most suitable for me now. So, let's make a planning of next fabrication centering 45 motor size.
I could catch the main wing of Futaba Sky Leaf and prepared I a center carbon pipe for connection, 18 mm diameter with 1 mm thickness and 550 mm length, also holding butterfly shape 4 mm bolts, a horizontal stabilizer for Cap 32 was also available. Now, the designing of fuselage and vertical stabilizer are the tasks to be done ASAP. All the residual parts for continuing every procedure to complete next airplane are already in my junk box.
What I must fight with from now are my innate tendency of sabotage, going toward more sweeter direction and peeping escape habit!

Effort before rain fall
Trouble happens one after another on me, how come?
The operation of YS 45 FR has come to good condition by application of another one way valve. but the throttle controlling servo died suddenly while maneuver, loosing controlling motor speed situation I was at a loss, except waiting that the fuel tank comes to empty---. I did tangent landing after motor stop as a matter of fact.
Replacing servos needs reconstruction of servo mounting plate, because the vertical positioning of mounts differs each other if the different ones are introduced, just troublesome procedure.
As for PILOT Fighter, that had motor replacing operation from 15 to 20, it did not fly because of ashamed reason, because of new cylinder & piston rough fitting, gas leak did not start ENYA 20 motor with finger flipping motion. It needs a external starter motor until break-in period would over.
The third one, PILOT Ace B with OS 32 SX motor flew well as to overcome F3A P17 maneuver pattern. Thanks to recent sophisticated mixing capability equipped in Futaba 10J system, even high wing type trainer model could play like a pure stunt model.
Weather forecasting tells that tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we have rain fall those would be relatively sever, this is probably why 5 members of flyer came to the place unusually this morning.
Though I asked KMA about the unusual maneuver planning specially designed for Golden Age meeting held on the end of July at Maruyama Athletic Park, no answer was obtained telling some cold information, ask Mr. O****** and Organizing Club this time, KMA would hold an usual meeting this Autumn.
Just I asked that Inverted Horizontal 8 starts from windward and finishes to leeward, and following next maneuver Slow Role does the same wind direction!
Let me know how to connect the maneuvers?

Still now some problem remains
Flight test today revealed that Hornet with YS 45 FR motor has still some problem of overflowing of fuel at the carburetor throat caused by one way valve failure, some small dust prevent the pressure in the fuel tank stop. And the pressure activates diaphragm valve resulting this inconvenient phenomena, overflow. As a quick countermeasure, I arranged an another one way valve in series into the fuel line, if some dust might keep opening one of them, a residual one would play a part of pressure shut out action.
A black colored rubber like dust relatively big one was observed in the fuel silicon pipe of PILOT Ace B with OS 32 F motor, the main needle angular position suitable for peak point changed as a matter of fact.
I have been suffered from clogging dust in the fuel line, I have never been experienced like this! Of course, fuel filter are positioned everywhere according to the requirement. However hard I might pay attention to the point, some dust exists in the fuel line, how come?. Nozzle tip of fuel supply pump, fuel tank weight, near by fuel supply nipple on the carburetor, no specific change was not done this time.

Survived Golden Age meeting
The fire broke out at Uji Kyoto model airplane flight place this Spring caused by falling down of an electric powered model Helicopter and it took few hours to put under control, in addition the Highway near by was inhibited, the fire cars came and the affair became bigger and bigger as to be appearing in the TV news. Then some planned following meetings and contests there were cancelled as a matter of fact. Consequently, Golden Age & Old Timer meeting planned to hold there in this Spring was postponed being influenced by the affair.
But, I found out some description related with this in the Home Page of KMA, it is going to be held at different place as "Golden Age Air Meeting" with the host club of Schneider Club and KMA would play a part of sponsorship.
Purpose of holding this meeting is not always pure competition like F3A field but is just enjoy and have interesting meetings each others and spending good time there. But, contradictory to the information, F3A Judges are coming, how come? Yes, the competition is going to hold as third division maneuver, following the specific maneuver pattern it would be held.
The planned maneuvers are followings:
Taking off
Straight flight
Inverted horizontal 8
Slow roll
3 inside loops
4 points rolls
Top hat
Cuban 8
Tail slide
Circumstance flight
Landing
Considering about these patterns, maneuver on both sides are not counted like before F3A period much more old time, so the connection between the pattern would be the keys to appeal to the judges. And the first straight pass is counted and the last Circumstance flight also, so the seasoning of the drawing maneuver patterns are much allowed to the flyer.
A most unfamiliar maneuver is Inverted horizontal 8 and Tail slide, former is not so difficult as imagined, but Tail slide is one of an Acrobatic field most difficult maneuver, how come?
This meeting might be a good motivation for me to continue this hobby, so made up my mind to attack this difficulties and to be an applicant of that.

Lexus Premium Concert 2017
Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra Concert was held at Osaka Umeda Artistic Theater in Chayamachi this afternoon as "Lexus Premium Charity Concert 2017", of course the Conductor was the primary person, Mr. Sachio Fujioka as usual. Also, a foreign trained Soprano singer Miss. Ayako Tanaka was invited and she sung well in a front half.
We could all enjoyed relatively popular classic programs today, Johann Strauss, Beethoven and Franz Liszt, etc.
Very soon after listening their sound, I felt some difference between some amateur Phil. Orchestra, as it progresses my recognition has gradually made it clear.
The sound balance in the Strings, Violin, Viola, Cello and Base is comfortably exquisite so much, in addition, the timing of insertion of the Wind Instruments with best volume and best sound quality is also exquisite. I'm so surprised to listen to them as to change my recognition about the Live Playing of Symphonic Orchestra. Any refusal feeling caused by disgusting discomfort and sarcasm didn't discerned all through this concert. Probably, secondary harmonic distortion must be intentionally eliminated well and this is perfectly controlled by the Conductor. Remember that, desperate effort and hard training as a professional musician should be hided behind this ultra fine sound! Not about an electric processing technology but about the sound itself produced by every instrument of this Orchestra. Because my listening seat was so good as to listen to the Live Sound, about 15 m distance from the Conductor today.
I am going to be a prisoner of Kansai Phil.?

Checking the wheel alignment yesterday proved that the thrust angle is firmly established in the condition of infinity close to zero on my VW 1302 Super Beetle. And the toe-in value of rear wheels is 1,30 mm (tire 630 mm). I'm going to continue this rear axle geometric construction for the time being.
As an impression of my Super Beetle these days, AD motor is operating with good sound at any rpm, no coughing or no smoldering phenomena is observed and the fuel consumption improved. Steering response and the information through wheels and axle construction are comfortably propagated far better than before, light and cheerful ride is implemented well.
Replacement of the front lower arm bush on both side and fuel mixture control adjusting have changed the character of my air-cooled VW Super Beetle thoroughly, reserved and unobtrusive feeling as a 46 years old vehicle completely disappeared.
Of course, I am refrained from driving aggressively and violently but try I to drive with dignity, whenever and wherever I might be.
Recent cars do not have any room to invade into some fundamental construction like the motor, suspension and it's construction and electricity, because all of them are well fixed and shut out by any invasion by the user.
Probably, some periodical replacement of the desired parts including oil and cooling water would be enough to continue them as long as tens of years so far as an accidental destruction would not be encountered. So designed and so fabricated the recent cars are!

YS motors truly good!
This morning I have regained old feeling how to treat YS fuel pressurized system like 30 years ago once I was one of an applicant to participate in F3A maneuver contest. Least work is the selection of the propeller that is more suitable for the burdening resistor. Probably, 12-7 or 12-8 would be suitable for YS 45 FR motor.
An ordinary natural aspiration carburetor except YS has tendency to supply less and lean fuel when rising up situation because of gravity. In short, some lean fuel is supplied when rising up the situation more power is required most. From a different point of view of this phenomena, the true potential of the motor is difficult to judge because the condition under too lean fuel supply in up rising phase.
Consequently, YS motor and another ordinary motors equipped with YS fuel pressurizing system is fully pulled out their power and potential utmost. Because, however direction the airplane might going up or down, the amount of fuel supply does not change, no too lean condition. This is one of a most desired performance for stable maneuver drawing in the sky.
This is why I have been insist on YS fuel pressurization and regulator system.
Once YS System is experienced, the user would know how deceive yourself on the main needle valve setting and fixing it like some gambling pseudo angular position?
Up and down, first half and second half, the needle setting point differs and drifts according to the Principle of Natural Science, no matter how muffler pressure might be applied or not.
Of course, in order to invite the system on an ordinary motor, a nipple must be set at the adequate position to take crank case primary pressure and also the pressure activating angular area is precisely regulated. Uneven tire wear
Replacement of rear tires R/L wiped out all the strange habits to right side running tendency.
Generally, uneven wear to cause bad habit is difficult to predict it before setting on the position, if apparent it is with naked eyes, too much to use it again above the tolerance. Replacement the tires R/L each other is effective to eliminate some bad habit. Consequently, some periodical tire rotational exchanging event is an indispensable maintenance element for avoiding uneven tire wear phenomena.
Wheel alignment and constructive axle geometry are well established this time for my air-cooled VW 1302 Super Beetle, probably because important lower arm bushes were replaced into new one and the movable position as an artifact had been eliminated with muscle and sweat work the other day.
I hope this Super Beetle might belong to me through my life and more over continuation by any other enthusiasts.

Mischievous YS 45 FR
Fuel overflowing from YS 45 FR carburetor throat unexpectedly happened yesterday, some pressure leak on any pressure connection in the regulator construction, it's rubber valve crack, the stem clogged-sliding action, lack of sealing at some peripheral part of diaphragm valve, lack of physical property of tiny O shape rubber ring equipped on the main needle valve body, the main one way pressure valve, a fuel filter dusty inclusion.
Very careful inspection seeking small dust or a tiny tip of fiber must be done, however boring task it may be, what should be done must be done any way.
In case no reason of this inconvenience were found out, all the power source and connections including a fuel tank at CG portion should be replaced into different new ones.
Repeated flight training of maneuvers cannot be continued if the setting all the mechanical condition of the airplane itself is not established well.
A piece of anxiety should not exist in my mind and all of them should be eliminated thoroughly before the flight.
This concept for safety is exactly the same as that of an actual airplane.
This tube arrangement shows some very specific only for YS fuel pressurized system, this is the initial choke syringe connective port to cause initial combustion. Once started, additional choking is seldom required YS motors. In case of cylinder down burdening of YS motor, it is difficult to give priming without the airplane set in up side down.
The priming fuel from the tube comes into the intake port through the pressure line, then it would pilling down to the combustion room automatically. No more external fuel supply is required also no electric starter action also. Single finger flipping would start the combustion without any anxiety.
This is the remarkable way to start motor without holding up side down, the flyer can do without any helper or airplane holder. Mechanical starter motor pushing on the spinner giving considerable stress on the crank shaft backward to axial direction.

Miscellaneous today
My son came to the point to say to me that my participation to the working place has nothing to do with his business now. So, I may come or not is up to me.
I feel relieved to hear that and I can spend my own time as I like now.
I can stay in bed all day long or going out any place I want, going abroad will do, how shall I spend my residual life time?
Judging from my age now, I prefer studying myself to know something to being taught something by some teacher, because I would come to the aimed conclusion in some period of time however longer time interval might be required. I wanna study, seek any conclusion by my own effort, knowing what is unknown with my own way how longer detour might be chosen, this is my way, no guidance nor no showing the shorter way by others are not my favor. An unnecessary influence is inhibited in my mind whatever thing it might be, because I wanna put an emphasis on my own senses to understand things, not that of other's.
In Scientific field, there are many references at the end of the articles, showing how much deeper consideration was done before publishing by the author, the amount of this the more the better?
But, remember here, to seek and reed out the served articles too much before the researcher start his or her work, his or her principle in the specific field might be influenced by other authors being changed their direction to go, their mind might be distorted into inconvenient direction without consciousness, some common sense in the specific field is not always so reliable as to be believed in.
The way of experiments and materials might be referred on the way to exceed the researches, but the fundamental thought should not be followed after the former authors. So, the step to seek the similar articles for showing references should be done after establishing his or her own one, otherwise the work would be spoiled by unintended noises without own consciousness, feeling himself or herself staying in the specific field as an experience professional with relieving.

I'm going to be absent from flying model airplane this morning, because I've an invitation to some exhibition held by a engraving and printing artist, also my old friends comes in the evening for spend an interesting time together with me. An anxiety to have too much schedule a day makes me down to be depressed. This is why I stopped flying this morning, probably 2 hours flying concentration and 5 hours driving a car would make me exhausted and ruined, I'm too old to digest much works a day. Consequently, I will spend time for maintenance on airplanes today.
Exchanging front tires on VW 1302 Super Beetle caused some tendency of right side running, let's see what will happen if rear tires were exchanged. It's impossible to predict the habit from an uneven wear of the tire tread surface.Must I pay attention to camber thrust, lateral side shift of treads, front and rear, thrust angle, and also the uneven weight balance depending on driver's weight(in case of no passenger), so the thrust angle have to be differed if the concept is insisted that the 4 wheel's touching point on the ground should draw a regular trapezoid figure as a matter of fact. This is relatively easily checked by measuring the thrust not only from the rear wheels total toe direction but also from the front toe direction while the straight running.
Some precise measurement and adjustment on wheel alignment and constructive geometric setting of the axle would be continued on my Super Beetle making use of special tools fabricated by myself, one is a camber gauge with a pendulum mechanical construction that the diameter is 1719,75 mm reading the 2 minutes inclination as 1 mm length on a gauge plate of the instrument, another is a toe gauge modified level gauge combination with LASER Pointer.
Of course driver's weight 60 kgr is positioned on the seat whenever measuring and adjusting working is performed.

Test flight
Pressurized OS 25 LA motor on TETRA Rookie 10 was fairly adjusted, YS Regulator and main needle on the carburetor for 25 FSR has been well balanced, though the fuel inlet nipple direction is not favorable, too tight between the crank case, grinding a bit adjustment could accept the eccentric modification. This is an indispensable ceremony for ordinary motor to invite YS fuel pressurizing System, the narrowing closing fuel flow construction is the key to establishing the system. Because the fuel regulator cannot control the flowing at the most closed phase, slow speed fuel must be controlled mechanically.
Rookie 25 with pressurized OS 32 F motor flew well today showing some potential to draw all of F3A P-17 maneuver pattern, of course combustion condition changing or motor stop did not happen.
"Hornet" with YS 45 FR also flew well, as a new attempt, precise adjustment of the Tuned Pipe setting length was performed, because the pipe-in point has not been apparent, rough setting had been done several times. Today, I could recognize the pipe-in point clearly, so set it up at that point, probably, plus minus 1,3 mm from this point would be the adequate setting position.
Over 6 m/sec front against window made the landing sequence a bit difficult, just a tip of 12-6 wooden prop kissed the ground.

Also pressurized OS 25 LA
Also OS 25 LA motor would be well adjusted in combination with YS Regulator System, already tested several times before, it was not work as desired because of the same reason as OS 32 F motor. Critical regulator's angular position was not detected with the hi position main needle valve setting.
Based on the experience yesterday, the upper setting would be done adequately next time on Monday.
OPS Ursus 60 motor would be tested there burdened on Sukhoi once flown with the power source YS 60 SR together with Tuned Pipe.
Especially, this model react nervously on the setting of Center of Gravity, so I payed best attention to this point moving the motor burdening position.
I'm going to digest all of the physical things which were desired before but were not digested, the operation of OPS motor is one of them.

YS Regulator on OS 32F
It has been a difficult task for me to set up the YS Regulator System on an ordinary motor that has a fuel narrowing down at lowest idling speed type carburetor. It does not gain the rotation from lo to high with smooth transition after using fuel ,half amount of the tank, strange motor phenomena happens in a second half. The reaction is exactly same on OS 25 LA motor, I thought the criminal of this strange reaction must be the pressure timing, it was followed after YS 45 FS, so, uncertain reason would be the reason. This is why I left them untouched for long time of period, determined I this morning to take out long thrown away OS 32 F motor burdened on Rookie 25, as I had experienced that there exists the critical angular position on the regulator that start to loose the rotation while middle speed operation.
Today, I set the regulator at that point first of all and checking the transition middle to hi, high speed needle valve and a slight regulator adjustment were well balanced with some keen sense and highest concentration.
With highest power and torque, OS 32 F motor could pull well enough to draw F3A P17 maneuver twice and the landing sequence did not require any anxiety to stop the motor as a matter of fact, this is the first time to be operated like this with YS Regulator System.

ENYA 45 CX
I happened to bid Yahoo Auction on ENYA 45 CX because of cheaper price at 2,800 yen, with no competition I got it, looked dull and must had been worn out, this is why the seller set the cheap price, but I knew this motor was used in some very good manner keeping good compression with no scratches on the piston side wall and cylinder wall as a matter of fact, in addition no crank case distortion was observed. A fuel narrowing down closing G type carburetor is equipped.
Distorted screw heads holding carburetor on the case were corrected by hand hummer hitting and the crank shaft supporting main bearing, #6902 was replaced into new one, a rear cover plate gasket was fabricated and of course head and piston top piled carbon was cleaned thoroughly. A suitable genuine muffler in my junk box was applied in position and this motor would be operated well, I have a confidence on this lovely one.

Countermeasure for an inconvenience
As mentioned before, countermeasure was considered to prevent the fuel from coming into muffler through the muffler pressure line, one is setting an orifice in the line and another is make the exit point of pressure line in the fuel tank positioned much more backward in order to avoid centrifugal effect while a spinning maneuver.
The diameter of the orifice hole must be well considered, because the muffler pressure line would not be disconnected when fuel refilling, air ventilation must be done well but fuel must be prevented to flow so freely, several experimental trial would be required. This kind of researching and developing procedure should be performed by the factory manufactures, don't you think?
Their negligence of duty makes me busy, how come? My precious opinion about this inconvenience would be discerned by the factory engineer and would be reflected onto the next production, because the place I'm flying my airplane is the same as they do, their test flights.

Pegasus fell down
Pegasus 40 fell down today by my mistake, relatively low altitude and unexpected motor stop after spinning maneuver in the worst timing, should I control it by aileron, but I did it by elevator control. Fair judgement in the critical moment separate life and death, though I have some self-confidence to avoid any accident, actually I could not!
Motor stop phenomena has been repeated after spinning and 1/4 bulk of silencer was filled with fresh fuel, how come?
When spinning is performing, the fuselage is rotated and twisted with the center of gravity point, some centrifugal force is applied at the fuel tank position then fuel goes to the muffler through muffler pressure tube line resulting new fuel fulfill the muffler.
Checking the muffler pressure nipple, hole size of OS 46LA nipple is larger than recent ENYA. Is there any possibility of motor stop that fresh fuel flowing backward from fuel tank to motor muffler inside?
I should know the reliable conclusion about this bizarre phenomena that led my Pegasus to destroy. Trial experiment must be performed by myself ASAP!

ASO 50th Anniversary Concert
We enjoyed ASO 87th periodical concert last evening, in addition it was a memorial one to be 50th Anniversary concert for Ashiya Symphony Orchestra. Prof. Takuo Yuasa was successfully invited as the conductor at Hyogo Performing Arts Center Grand Hall.

All of the program were performed well without any failure as usual and the second program was so outstanding as to surprise us utilizing his own unique expression method.
The contents of all the program were so enriched as to exhaust their energy and some additional performance was a most unlikely desire.
Their performance skill is remarkably making progress year by year, it's easy to imagine that how much effort were done to do that, remembering that they are not a professional orchestra but only an amateur group, how difficult it would be to keep their own self distinction at high level position.
I'm looking forward to meet with them again in coming Autumn, at 88th one.

Solex 34 PICT3 mixture control
Realized I this morning that I have been influenced too much by the description in some article about the adjustment of Solex 34 PICT 3 carburetor, especially on the adjustment on the mixture control screw position. 2 plus 1/2 opened angular position from the closed terminal point is the opinion to be rely on, and slightly opened would be favorable setting so written. I have been some doubt about the opinion with suspicion, because the fuel consumption amount is too much for 1600 cc motor.
So, attempted I this morning some experiment to seek the suitable angular position of fuel mixture adjustment screw(smaller one on 34PICT3) ignoring all the existing concept, just paying attention to set it at the most stable position.
1 plus 5/8 opened position from tightening is acceptable as a matter of fact, the idling sound became stable and also variation disappeared, in addition the smell of exhaust gas changed with no irritating stimulus smoke.
As I have an experience on WEBER side druft 40 DCOM carburetor set in TALBOT PEGEOT 205 Rallye by the manufacturer, single carburetor adjustment is not so difficult task for me, just the key to it is detecting the mixture now is rich or lean at idling speed!.
Deeper consideration about this phenomena led me a conclusion that the former user of the carburetor must have closed the screw with some violently destructive torque power and the needle hole must have been widened with distortion.
This is why the adjusting & setting position of the mixture control valve screw closure point had been moved at more closed position, am I right?
Align the surrounding condition is the first, otherwise, the conclusion would be changed in Scientific field.

Late
Once going out to the flying place yesterday as usual, weather forecast this morning telling bad weather condition prevented me from proceeding more on the way, Thundercloud and Tornado is causing strong winds forced me to return back, though the training in such an unusual condition might be necessary, because the D-day would not always be fine and suitable for the flight.
Anyway,I stayed in the working room and exert myself in maintenance and precise adjustment in the airplanes.
Though Saturday as it is today, I went out for the flight, one person had come already at 7 AM and talkative another one came 30 minutes later than I. I could cover 3 flights and coming to the finishing degree of adjustment "Hornet" & "Pegasus", YS 45FR motor had stable performance that is suitable with contest application, OS 46LA motor in Pegasus operated well with 4 cycled rotation till the end of P-17 maneuver.
Smaller but interesting motors are waiting for the actual flight test, so "Star 06", "Star 15" and "Pilot Junior" have to be completed ASAP, because they are thrown away long time.
I happened to listen to the NHK Education channel this morning on the way to flying place by chance, I could come across with very useful and worthy program, the lecture by famous professor, Hiroaki Suga, PhD. who is specialized in the sophisticated science division, Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology Tokyo Univ.
He is also a creator of "PeptiDream", bio-venture company based on special Peptide creative medicine, very few successful one that has an origin of the institute belongs to the University.
In his lecture he stated a famous proverb by Shoin Yoshida who is Edo period leader of those days, "No success is desired for the person without dream.", because such a person has no ideal goal so without goal, there exist no planning without setting the goal, no planning does not create attitude, so without dream no success is desired. I was moved so much to hear that, as for me, almost of dreams have overcome already. How shall I do in future and now?

Favorable YS45FR & ST40X
Remembering YS 60 FR period of time 30 years ago, the setting the condition of YS 45 FR has almost completed including tuned pipe extension length. Adjusting the regulator angular position at the nearest point to the over closure while middle speed rotation, the transition came to smooth attitude, from lo to middle and middle to hi. This position is much closing in rotated angular position than predicted.
Now Chinese made ARF trainer model "Hornet" has enough capability to play and to draw F3A-P17 pattern maneuver without any stress.
Italian made beautiful ancient gas motor, Super Tiger X40 arrived at my hand from Yahoo Auction at reasonable price. It's a matter for surprise that I can obtain a superb NIB condition item 50 years later from the production. The anxiety that anything might be lost after long period of time interval, some small but indispensable part such as a side pull cotter pin to hold the carburetor body on the rear cover plate, careful checking through the transparent plastic envelope(looks original shield) proved that all the necessary parts are included. Instruction paper and certificate also.
