Time & Effort

Time & Effort for as long as 10 years spent for establishment of wheel alignment & geometric axle construction was not smaller than anything for me.
Any passenger's automobile could go forward and be controlled well by the driver if the upper mentioned things necessary requirements were not satisfied, but it is true that there exists completely different world with best alignment & geometry balanced in an automobile driving, so I've experienced after all. If I say extremely, I don't want to drive any another automobile any more except those I had adjusted by myself. Also I come to know that the sense of human could be sharpened enough to know the small difference with keen sensitivity, if it is well experienced and trained in a correct manner.

How to establish the wheel alignment and axle constructive geometry to make a automobile go straight on the leveled flat ground surface without any strange steering habit to be adjusted unintentionally. How to know the chronic discrepancy to have been influencing on a quire habit inviting unreasonable fatigue especially after some long driving?
How to know the way to adjust? What point should be prescribed in the reference one?
How to measure the values? Tire wheel Inclination horizontally and vertically should be known at considerable accuracy? Is it possible to do that in the circumstance of movable condition, in attendance with rubber bushes and viscoelastic muddy lubricant in shaft and ball moving points?
How shall I treat on the critical problem of the physical property of rubber material, hysteresis phenomena? How shall I treat the datum obtained several measurement on the same procedures, statistically how? How accurately have to be done on the way without loosening the concrete reliability? What kind of tool or device is effective to know the condition accurately?
How shall I fix the measurement condition to keep the repeatability?
Incredibly huge barriers stood still to do that as a piling of the problems that must be solved.
The deeper the consideration goes into the actual experiment, the huger bulk of the jobs filled with difficulties!
