Consideration on Vacuum System

Trial fitting of the family use middle sized vacuum cleaner onto our laboratory clinical vacuum system works very well and the suction power exceeds the original industrial use designed one, how it comes? As it is designed for using in ordinal family room and is a relatively expensive model, it makes noise very little like nothing compared with noisy one used before.
The power of vacuum pump is not always in the proportional relations, some times being reversed? Now less powered family use vacuum cleaner performs more suction power at the vacuum tip portion, it's incredibly the truth!

So, I regard the problem on our vacuum system, irritation noise and unacceptable vibration have been solved by this countermeasure applied this morning.
Residual task is wiring for application of signal into AC circuitry when activated with pulling the vacuum tip by the assistance.
4 signal wiring exist at the vacuum pump system from the working chairs promptly, am I  wondering them if only ON-OFF signal by shortening or the circuitry would have some voltage to activate mechanical relay system?
Checked and well wired relatively soon it would be.

Fixing in a noise isolating small box of vacuum cleaner and continuous using keeping switch ON under severe loading condition with conduit resistance as to putting ON the warning lamp of dust-full indicator caused considerable heat in the machinery body, now the switching process is performed manually, because automatic activation is not connected.
Once the wiring might be established firmly, the switching would be so adequately when the vacuum tip was pulled out from the sitting place, probably future intermittent use in combination with the automatic switch, the vacuum cleaner with noise isolating measuring might be permissible, actual testing would decide on point.
Deeper considerations and actual trials fitting would often find any escaping way.
