Nervous noisy device

I know that the length of the duct designing affects most on air flow transfer in case of both compressed air and suction one by the conduit resistance of the duct, the longer and the narrower the worse.
The vacuum pump system used as long as 24 years has some terrible noise and vibration that unacceptable for me, I have been felt from the beginning when old laboratory had started, my son was an infant at that time, now I have a claim from neighborhood because of the noise pollution.
One way is the consideration of the method to isolate the cause by replacing the setting positions, and the another one is to replace the vacuum pump system into different some much more silent designed one.
As an experimental trial, ordinal family use vacuum cleaner was applied instead of the system, as supposed the suction power was reduced but the difference was not so much. It proved that the extremely high powered industrial use vacuum system does not play a good job, yes, the high power energy is consumed by the conduit resistance formed long ways under the floor of working room. However high powered vacuum pump with terrible noise and vibration might be introduced, the suction power is not so effective at the end of vacuum tip portion, if the duct way design was no good.
Then I have come to some conclusion that the low powered and smaller vacuum pump like a toy might be possible if the duct is the shortest connected directly with the liquid separation tank. This thought must be tried, then some shortest connected vacuum system with a little noise and vibration would be obtained, there is a brilliant light toward "Feeling of Success"?
Many years of chronic troublesome disease would be eliminated soon!
I'll try to find some suitable small vacuum handy cleaner that's suitable for installing just inside of working chair, four in total promptly.
I know that there are many exaggerated devices intending unnecessary cost-effective result, we must be laymen in industrial manufacturing field paying plenty of money if requested as an inevitable payment?
Remember here, the final calculations are not done by the builder of our new laboratory yet?
