As the seasons move gradually, the direct Sunlight angle changes into influencing our business. Though the concept of new designing of laboratory way just taking in the natural Sun light and the working space brighter, direct Sunlight is not always necessary for our practice but is interfering the concentration of practitioner while the operation, because too much contrast occurs between the direct Sunlight and room lighting.
Bright light from the practitioner's front does harm to the precise practice. Any counter-measure should be considered immediately.
Remembering the past when the designing of concept of our new laboratory, the influence of direct Sunlight has not been considered at all.
Adjustable Sunshade covering from top to bottom covering all the windows inside would be introduced soon.

Return spring
Accelerating pedal return spring had been once broken and was remade by handcrafting of the professional engineer few month ago. Being in a trouble of displacement of accelerating pedal hinge pin outside laterally, checked I carefully the function and the cause of inconvenience.
The coiled portion of a return spring should be adequate enough to set in the groove when it is set in position by making it's diameter smaller with winding force preventing lateral displacement, so did I make the diameter after some cut and try attempts, perceiving the importance of the hinge rod positioning in correct place because strange movement of accelerating pedal influenced by loosing good hinge support does affect driving feel so much. This may be a trifle minor trouble but it's better without.

Time & Effort for as long as 10 years spent for establishment of wheel alignment & geometric axle construction was not smaller than anything for me.
Any passenger's automobile could go forward and be controlled well by the driver if the upper mentioned things necessary requirements were not satisfied, but it is true that there exists completely different world with best alignment & geometry balanced in an automobile driving, so I've experienced after all. If I say extremely, I don't want to drive any another automobile any more except those I had adjusted by myself. Also I come to know that the sense of human could be sharpened enough to know the small difference with keen sensitivity, if it is well experienced and trained in a correct manner.
How to establish the wheel alignment and axle constructive geometry to make a automobile go straight on the leveled flat ground surface without any strange steering habit to be adjusted unintentionally. How to know the chronic discrepancy to have been influencing on a quire habit inviting unreasonable fatigue especially after some long driving?
How to know the way to adjust? What point should be prescribed in the reference one?
How to measure the values? Tire wheel Inclination horizontally and vertically should be known at considerable accuracy? Is it possible to do that in the circumstance of movable condition, in attendance with rubber bushes and viscoelastic muddy lubricant in shaft and ball moving points?
How shall I treat on the critical problem of the physical property of rubber material, hysteresis phenomena? AM antenna
Amplitude modulation antenna has special 2 pins coupler behind of Boom box system running in my laboratory, so conventional loop antenna required to connect coupler with some modification.
Seeking about the small coupler, I found it out on some printed circuitry board in my junk box but for 3 pins, could I establish the AM antenna coupling safe by cutting out 1/3 of them.
The main reason for listening AM channel is Radio Athletic Program at 6:30 on 666 kHz in NHK, as an usual manner tuned on NHK FM after that.

SXE10 Thrust Angle
0,50mm shortening of the right rear lateral oblique rod's adjuster length has recovered better steering reaction safely, of course checked I the thrust discrepancy as plus 10 minutes basically left side tendency. I make it a rule to adjust wheel alignment discrepancy if it may be very slight, because any strange feel might be perceived, there must be any error somewhere in wheel alignment and axle constructive geometry.
Thank to wearing this manner and custom for myself, I can drive with satisfactory driving a well maintained automobile, so I do not prefer to drive another person's automobile, because of the upper reason, I've never experienced to have driven better adjusted automobile than mine, though it seems to be proud of myself without good reason.
I refrain from another automobile before I taste bad steering feel.

Very special parts for cooling of iodine lamp's heat while the action, it must be difficult to obtain same replacement parts just fit, because 25 years have passed since this device production.
Judging from the weather forecast for tomorrow, it should be windy that's not suitable for precise scaling procedure of automobile wheel alignment working, so I determined to do that this afternoon on SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza, precise scaling of the 3 dimensional wheel inclination against the ground level. The driver's weight would be put on adequate position to reproduce the actual states of use, causing some discrepancy especially on a camber value.

The reason why the breaker 3A fuze melts down so often in the working chair was cleared yesterday and also counter-measured for them. As for my first planning, the vacuum motor controlling single relay is so designed to be activated by four signals from working chairs and the signal wiring had been connected at the relay terminal portion, leading to sending unnecessary signal to unnecessary places as some feed back phenomena.
So, all four solenoid valves had been opened when only one working chair was in action, naturally the required current would be four times more?
I conclude that the inconvenience in the electric circuitry occurred as a natural phenomena, the play of fuze parts should be opened in case of overflowing, yes it happened as it should be so.
New designing of solenoid and vacuum pump activating relays were designed to activate one by one installing four mechanical relays, four rectifiers and four smoother on the board.
Additionally, Triac circuitry was also on-boarded to control the vacuum motor rotation seeking the best working efficiency.
I knew that my hypothesis was to the point that the suction power is mainly controlled by the conduit resistance of the duct designing and the power of suction is not influenced by the vacuum motor power if the intake air bulk should comes to the saturation point.
The conduit resistance is huge enough to show the dust full indicator immediately after connection in spite of empty dust room.
I came to the conclusion that the vacuum motor power could be reduced in rotation per minutes by means of Triac controlling.
The establishment of prolonging the life of the devices and calm and silent circumstances were obtained both together.
My hypothesis have proved to be correct by the actual experiment by myself!

The final finishing of interior decoration of our new laboratory would be done today by replacing wall paper to Di-Noc sheet on one pillar in the innermost.
Electric wiring at 24V AC for surgical field lighting have to be cut once and heaviest arm bracket also, because the Di-Noc sheet film should be applied without any interference nor being unnecessary cutting for convenience.
I am going to prepare for the procedure before a professional engineer would come to us.

Healthy & favorable
For ordinary people moderate physical exercise is good for health keeping, so has it been recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in Japan.
Because the body liquid circulates we can live and keep our lives, the importance is cellular liquid circulation for living thing, so we do not any argument on this truth and fact that further improvement on the human health maintenance, anti-aging and disease prevention are indispensable body liquid circulation on earth.
I started bicycle riding early in the morning just at the moment after dawn, very comfortable breeze I can taste especially in recent better climate.
Our new laboratory would be finished after a small adjustment on coming Thursday.

Intercellular fluid circulation
The climate condition recently became better, so started I go on a bicycle for 30 minutes around my neighborhood. As a result my body condition improved especially because the recovering the liquid circulation in Leg Muscles and Orthostatic Spine Muscles. I don't recommend any construction of any body muscles by massage, because peripheral vascular around or near the muscle are relatively easily destroyed leading to connective tissue hemorrhage.
Also the task for any muscle should work by shrinking, so the liquid circulation should be recovered by shrinking movement, not by mechanical rough massage action.

Superiority?
The thrust angle adjustment yesterday on SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza was successfully finished, but test driving this morning shows overdone tendency, the steering habit has reversed in very precision revel. The centric steering position while straight running changed into newer position, 1mm clockwise on steering column. The conclusion of this treatment would be obtained a few hundred km running, being removed some polarization of specific tire wear.
Considering the requirement of the rate of precision while a wheel alignment procedure, the adjusting mechanical construction is not enough to do that, too rough to do that, it's like some microscope focusing mechanism doing that relying only the coarse screw.
Because the necessity of the precision on this mechanism is not perceived by the designer or sometimes by the users, the manufacturer does not pay attention nor money.
About the equipped motor manufactured not by TOYOTA but YAMAHA in Hamamatsu, 3SGE shows ultimate performance as the lust model, over 200 HP with valve timing and lifting value continuous controlling, no way to complain.
I don't think the newest SUBARU EJ20 Flat4 motor exceeds 3SGE latest model, so I don't recommend FT86 sports model is superior to Altezza except the critical 200kg lighter body weight.

SXE10 Altezza
I didn't pay attention on SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza for long time since I had replaced the lead battery 75D23L two months ago. I am going to check her especially on wheel alignment. F/R layout of drive train might require more precise measuring and adjustment compared with recent F/F models.
Driver's weight would be burdened at the driver's seat portion this time and all the datum would be analyzed statistically, scaling for sampling would be performed 5 times and highest and lowest values would be eliminated, analysis would be done with three datum.
Camber, total toe, and the directions of them, thrust angle, the importance here with newer concept, total discrepant value on frontal steering centric position while straight running, the frontal total toe angle direction to the rear hub outer surface would be the best information to know the discrepancy and the thrust angle to be adjusted.
Today I'll enjoy adjusting very fine setting on SXE10.
Though I have obtained DIGITAL CATV STB Pioneer BD-V370 in YaHoo Auction, I feel troublesome to set it up?

E-Parts obtained
250V/20A 24V-DC operated magnet switches were obtained after seeking for a while at Nipponbashi Ebisu-cho today, cheapest coste 100yen/@ each? The manufacturer was Nais, one of subsidiary of Matsushita Electric Co., so the parts reliability is high if the price was lowest.
Also obtained triac controlled 16A power controller kit at 2,830yen for vacuum motor control to balance of load with conduit resistance and vacuum power.
Construction of these circuitry would be done tomorrow

Following after the advise by professional engineer in our field about the control of vacuum system in our new office, I am going to visit Nipponbashi Ebisu-cho this afternoon to obtain an indispensable electric mechanical parts, Magnet Switch with physical property of 24Volt drive and 10A contact points capacitor. Now the system is working well, but the lack of capacity at the switching contact points would invite unpredictable trouble, keeping switch on or silence all the time?

Taking off!
Thanks to the desperate effort yesterday, from early in the morning till late at night all day long, almost of re-making finished, remaining the working, some decoration tent beside the windows, remaking a pillar surface into grain pattern, moving the sink position and so on.
Anyway our new laboratory is starting in our intended form.
Toothache in my right upper first molar disappeared and it is waiting for next treatment.
NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz is in good condition including wheel alignment that was difficult to establish it because of the fundamental axle designing applying considerable compliance at every lower arm bush those were too deformable.
Anyway our new laboratory is starting in our intended form.

To the Dentist's
Considerable masticatory inconvenience I have this morning after the dental treatment by a famous specialist in Conservative Endodontic Treatment. Of course any mastication on the left side is far from functions, any hitting on the tooth causes electric attack irritation like sharp pain and it continues for tens of seconds. But, I don't worry about this phenomena now I have, because it is often the case after some root canal treatment especially on the toot with half living nerve tissue. This kind of acute inflammation after the operation will disappear in few days though some inconvenience in mastication would continue for a while.
Terrible pain this time was not caused by acute inflammation depending on the bacterial infection from the secondary caries at the adjacent portion between the inlay metal material and enamel tissue on occlusal surface but by atrophy of the nerve tissue in the tooth due to the generative lesion.
As a proof, tight and hard secondary dentin tissue was firmly formed in the tooth that prevented the practitioner access to every root canal so smooth. So it's no one's fault but natural phenomena on living thing.
I could studied much about the way to use the root canal treatment devices, especially the technique of filing with special reamers, no rotational movement was observed through the procedure but just reciprocal movement only avoiding the file fracture at the end of the tip.
All through the treatment for me, any inappropriate using of all the instrument didn't happen, recommending him as a professional specialist!
Also pain control was perfect with anesthetizing from the beginning, this is the point that I must follow. In spite of anesthetizing at the operation area, considerable anxiety and fear came out because of grinding noise and vibration being propagated apparently those are caused by round steel burs for soft dentin removal.
Anyway I studied much as one of a miserable dental patient about painful dental treatment and it was an indispensable opportunity to know that how much patience is required to sit on the dental treatment chair like a naked in the nonresistance infant.

The modified family use vacuum cleaner works very well that have installed as a important component for our vacuum pump system in our new laboratory. Automatic starting and shutting of relay in the circuitry done by myself working also well. My long term desire has come true by my own effort that the noisy and vibrating polluting device should be replaced into better one.
Voltage power reduction device to adopt the conduit resistance of duct arrangement exist would be done by setting some voltage convertor in the power supplying circuitry utilizing semiconductor, triac at incredibly cheaper price than mechanically conventional method.
As for my upper left first molar's caries leading to inner tissue inflammation, shows aspect of ulcerative pulpitis since yesterday, so I must ask some professional practicioner in the department of Endodontic treatment.
The quality of endodontic treatment, depending on how perfectly the sealing should be done at every root chip would decide the future life of the tooth, the first molar should be used from I had been a child at 6 years old until I would go to the Heaven. The wounded upper first molar is worth saving for me at any cost.
Nicely, a reliable specialist who has Postgraduate Diploma for 4 years course is opening his private office just across the River Yodo in OSAKA. I'm visiting him before long for the purpose.
Final negotiation on the fee for our new building of our laboratory would be done tomorrow.
I hope some logically serious talk unfolding a spirit of openness!

Voltage converter
Deeper consideration with Net Surfing informed me of a better way to control Alternative Current for our vacuum motor to set the activating voltage at the most adequate value for the work.
Though I imagined conventional way to do that by means of linear voltage transformer having been called as voltage convertor, I came to the conclusion that very simple and cheap circuitry could attain the purpose with semiconductor, modified thyristor, Triode Alternative Current Switch, TRIAC. This fact encouraged me to change planning now.
I'm going to assemble some electric parts with safety circuitry because my laboratory is situated at the place 20 minutes subway from Electric Parts Town Nipponbashi Ebisu-cho.

Thanks to second handed electric parts, semiconductor as rectifier and capacitor as smoother, our laboratory vacuum system works far better than before with industrial hi-powered one.
Especially unendurable polluting noise and vibration have remarkably eliminated like nothing in spite of increased suction power at vacuum tip end if used several ones simultaneously.
Vacuum motor power does not always dictate that of suction one, but apparently exists the intake conduit that meets the resistance, so adequate adjustment of the inhaled dose is the critical requirement to establish the ideal vacuum system for medical professional use.
As for our system, the adjustment of motor power in family use vacuum cleaner utilizing voltage adjuster is remained, now vacuum power is adjusted by making some bypass hole on the air way near to the motor. The dust sign indicator on the cleaner body would be good gauge to set the adequate adjustment, if it might be done either bypass air method or voltage reduction one.
The fortune telling for today is scored only 52, I've succeeded in the trial if there were surely mistakes to brake some fuse protectors.

Having been ill in bed all day long yesterday because of catching cold, I could not digest some important task, wire arranging putting some rectifier and smoother in the circuitry of newly installed family use vacuum cleaner instead of our professional hi-power device. The purpose of wiring is to activate automatic running when the suction end handle was pulled by the assistance as it had been originally.
Unfortunately any original electric and mechanical relays are not capable because of the difference of the voltage and phases. This is why I'm obliged to make an unnecessary efforts now.
Thank to the trouble of the noise and vibration pollution, I studied much about the difficulty to control air flowing in the long way duct.

Motor power control?
As I mentioned before, even a family use vacuum cleaner has excessive capability if it is utilized in the vacuum system of our new laboratory, because the dust indicator shows fully occupied mark immediately after setting in the air duct line.
In short the power of the electric motor device is yielded easily with direct connection and this would be destroyed sooner or later if continued being used under overloaded situation.
In another words, the conduit resistance is so strong as to make the device scream.
The destruction of the vacuum motor, family use vacuum cleaner here, does not triggered by the moisture included in the suction air but because of continuous using under the overloaded condition.
Because of those reasons I feel the critical necessity to release the motor from overloading circumstances.
I imagined two ways, one is making some bypass air ways to release the yielded vacuum pressure and another one is reduce the power of the motor by let the activating voltage by some way, for example setting a step-down transformer like voltage linear convertor? Just an information from the professional about 24V signal wiring on the working chair was not enough, because the current sauce was not specified, alternative current or direct one if they were 24V?
Net surfing in the Web sites seeking the information about the designing of the electric parts proved there exist actually two types with the same sizes and also the 24V signal source must be defined?

How to know it?
I will be occupied this afternoon by The end of the General Assembly of the organization in spite of bad body condition catching cold since Thursday. I'll come back home without taking alcohol.
Thank to the precise adjustment for thrust angle of BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model, she goes straight without care nor concentration on steering adjustment, now she is the best handling automobile in 6 I'm keeping.
Scaling the discrepancy of front wheel toe direction against the rear hub outer point has become the key to establish the fine ideal wheel adjustment.
And I have come to the conclusion that the steering habit tendency inverts around the speed of 60km/h, for example the automobile with plus thrust angle would have steering habit to go right side if it goes on the highway, but the habit would be changed into opposite side in case of slow traffic, yes left side.
I must apply this principle to another ones, because I have come to the goal that I had wanted since 40 years ago.

It took us over 12 hours yesterday to measure several inconveniences in our new laboratory.
Keeping the recorded forms at the place that is visible from visitors is no good so suggested by some one, so, moved them to another place, then the eyesight fully opened after removing of the foam keeping shelf? Any visitors are capable to see through and to peep into the deep inside of our working place.

Tooth decay
I have second caries on left upper 1st molar, how come? Feeling some inconvenience that aches when clench hard at the portion. Though the cavity is small, tooth decay must be more into dentine tissue widely. If the infectious phenomena might be invaded, I would have much more pain leading to jaw bone inflammation in combinations with cheek swelling.
How about injection of antibiotics paste poring from the cavity and sealing with some phosphate cementum after sterilization and drying the infected hard tissue?
I found out some opinion that any digging are not always necessary to restore tooth, just upper treatment would be enough by the newest dental practice?
Anyway the setting of my health condition best is the first, because my ancestors must have overcome this kind of disease while the old time of period without any effective medicines.

Consultation with the factory engineer, who is on of my relative, proved that some special designed circuitry is necessary to activate family use vacuum cleaner as a vacuum pump system for our new laboratory clinical use.
Conventional 4 signal wiring have 24V power supply, so 24V activating mechanical relay system should be prepared independently, now 200V 3 phase circuitry is not available no more.
He promised me to send circuitry drawing and mechanical relay parts as a sample trial attempt, now the chronic impasse is opened safe!
Judging from the professional point of view, they do not propose to use family use vacuum as a professional industrial vacuum system because of the water included suctioned air, it will go bad and destroyed soon, but I don't mind if such result might be introduced, countermeasure is just replacing them into the same, it is cheap like nothing and easy to find immediately.

Finally determined I to replace vacuum system themselves into more silent vacuum cleaner, so the planning for relocation of the system would be cancelled today.
Because of the assumption that the vacuum system is indispensable device for our clinical procedure, we must ignore a little inconvenience like polluting noise and vibration when intermittently activated.
Several countermeasure procedures this time obliged by the neighbor have changed my perception on selfish consideration about that, noisy device should not be introduced in our operation room even if it is necessary at any rate.
Several trials of countermeasure for polluting noise and vibration would be continued also today.
I have come to the conclusion that the most important problem to be solved here in vacuum system in our new laboratory is the conduit resistance of vacuum duct from the pump to the distributed working chairs promptly. So the long way of air duct design consumes almost of energy power however powerful vacuum pump system might be introduced with terrible noise and vibration of pollutions. I checked it by trying to blow in my mouth at the vacuum tip end, in spite of the activation in the suction, considerable resistance was felt as to make me realize the upper conclusion.
So the best way to solve this problem is to set the vacuum pump and activating motor just beside of the trapping bottle in the working chair to eliminate the long way conduit resistance, so smaller system must be effective, like battery driven smallest desk use handy cleaner? The application of small handy cleaners in the working chair base pillar promptly if the motor and suction fan noise could be ignored, how would it be?
Our customers cancel the appointment one after another because of severe climate condition, strong wind is blowing outside and a stopped bicycle turned down by it, leave it as it is, keeping like this no further accident would not occur.
We call this kind of climate change these season beginning of spring as "The first Spring Storm".
