Time to change?

Left side Erector spinae on hip portion aches this morning, probably driving manual trans-axle car, VW 1302 Super Beetle, is the reason. 30 minutes of driving causes incredible problem, how come? My body has aged to be damaged so easily? In spite of replacing the clutch lever into longer one, unexpected inconvenience happens? The time is come to be retired because of age from the social active duty? How long can I withstand the abuse of my dilapidated old body from now? Shall I ask for help to some one, my son? Before I failing into the incapacitated disease like Myocardial infractions or brain one ? Now, it's the time of generation change?  Remembering last year, not a few friend at the same age has gone away already.
