I studied the importance of the risk management in the hospitality industry by Mr.Tsuneo Okubo early this morning in the TV NHK. He is now very famous in the management field because he has succeeded in the developments of the garment industry, the food supply marketing and the catering industry. He says the fundamental necessities are the same for the success to invite the customers and it's number should be made double or three times.
The first is "Greeting", from the bottom the heart, warm, with loud and kind, with smile and all acceptable attitudes by all the stuff there, getting across!
The second is "Cleanliness", all the places should be kept clean especially toilet. This concept should be obtained with the recognition by all the stuff also.
Especially in the medical and dental treatment fields this concept are indispensable, because of the idea of anti bacterial infections.
The third is "stop out of stock", all ways prepare for the customer's demands. Not to fall into the situation being impossible to make any supply. Prepare perfectly at any time for meeting the customer's demands.
Our new laboratory opening in the beginning of next year, the upper requirements would be fulfilled and concepts should be fully invited.
