More 50 years are required to acquire the complete independence as a nation for Japan?
Japanese people must know and understand that the national functions are fully controlled by US after the attack and destruction since 1941 the time the WW2 Pacific Ocean Front ended.
However big argument may occur inside of the Japan country, things are flowing quietly only according to the intention of US.
The Japanese government announced at the UN is not heard by Press, because the US statement is enough to understand and guess the Japanese future attitudes.
It's a matter for deplore, but the truth.
