Though she came to me last year at 30,000km from new condition since 40 years ago, now I used additional 10,000km, so I must prepare for the festival by DIM before long.

Careful surfing in Web sites notified me that there exists clutch facing VW genuine parts at 1,200 yen, and the factory stands near by me to re-set the clutch facing only task , also the special grue for the purpose I found.

As a common sense I have, when the clutch facing was worn, all the relative parts should be replaced into new ones, clutch disk plate ass., pressure plat with diaphragm spring plate, release bearing and pilot bearing inserted in the center of round weight.

Suppose what will happen if the clutch facing no-metal material only would be replaced and the residual parts would be re-used, of course under the conditions of the necessary countermeasures being applied, pressure plate flattening and bearing and sliding spline grove lubrication.
The time of starting the engaging slipping is the sign to do the strategy about one year later so I guess.
