Uzurano again

Drove I VW 1302 Super Beetle for 4 and a half hours as long as 150km today, after the required tasks on herself, side sill upper carpet covering, under console covering, rear brake shoe clearance adjustment, fuel supply tube sealing and ignition timing including point gap adjustment.

Strange jerky feeling disappeared caused by too much gap clearance and earlier ignition timing.

Anyway clutch pedal action suffers me considerably, so my attention is paid just on DSG system, computer controlled manual trans-axle with 2 pedals, equipped on new VW and Audi.
But well maintained Beetle would be seldom deserted for the time being till my body condition and energy run up thoroughly.

The application of insulating materials adequately on necessary portions could establish the balance of NVH for air-cooled VW Beetle, dignity and character as it had been formed could acquired again.

I visited "Hokkeguchi" station made of wood material with an old taste, strongly connected with old Japanese Military Air-port used as a base place for "Kamikaze" taking off. The photo of Nakajima Carrier Attack-Bomber Type 97 was in the station.
