West Japan heavy rain disaster

Over 250 victims are counted in number after the disastrous heavy rain fall happened last week.
"Back Building" is one of the reason for the unusual result that makes moistened air flow into the same place one after another.
Line shape construction of rain cloud is also the reason. In addition, Cumulonimbus cloud was formed at far lower altitude 7 km high instead ordinary 15 km.
Consequently, not a few overlapping of adverse condition caused caused an unheard disaster in Hiroshima, Okayama and Gifu prefectures as a matter of fact.
Though we have overcome some part of Nature, our capability to do that is far beyond, Cataclysm will continue to break out without any premonition.
