Genome DNA is relatively easily destroyed continuously by several factors, ionizing radiation, ROS and DNA replication error. This kind of error affects on the maintenance and of genetic informations not a little. So the errors must be immediately repaired and reconstructed correctly, because the body cells shall continue supporting our lives.
Our body cells have made progress in DNA renaturation way in many directions to compensate the errors.
Even now many unknowns are left in the repairing ways and molecular mechanisms, though not a few researches have proved the cause of genetic diseases and cancers.
