Device disorder

The surface roughness of micro switch contacts caused blowing of safety fuse 3A on my professional working place. In this case, only the replacement of 3A glass tube fuse would cause the same disorder, because the fundamental reason for fuse decay is the inrush current by the roughness of contacts. So both of them, a fuse and a micro switch must be replaced promptly.

Suppose if the service man is called to repair this inconvenience on professional device, his travel fee 7,000 yen and parts 3,000 yen must be paied instead of only the cheeper Chinese micro switch part 230 yen.

Micro switch has three terminals and central terminal moves in accordance with the control lever action and the pressure of contact pressure is firmly controlled by specially designed wound leaf spring inside.

Remembering the past for 22 years, no opportunity was experienced for repairing nor servicing, because I had been a member of designing of the device as a researcher.
