Misconception

I'v recognized the fact that the comfortable driving feel for any vehicle is not acquired until the geometries and wheel alignments were established so firmly with precise adjustments . Especially the construction of exact rectangular shape from upper view by the 4 wheel is the first requirement, meaning the 3 dimensional accuracy on white body construction and following correct wheel alignment.

The setback correction on frontal axle has been neglected and left undone. So long time I have been suffered from the potential of instability while straight running as a very wall that's impossible to exceed as long as a poor and cheep experimental automobile is used, EP82 TOYOTA Starlet.

But ten years challenge in wheel alignments could make me enable to know the fundamental problem, necessity of firm set back establishment. Setback error has most to do with the another important setting, steering axis inclination in relation with included angle and caster trail.

After the priorly important setback adjustment on EP82, the imagination, strange steering reaction must be caused by poor and cheep axle construction, were out of sight.
Realized I that the lack of recognition of the concept on setback had been leading me to the different direction.
