The noise caused in drive shaft portion is increasing gradually day by day, this trouble is already reported in TOYOTA Re-Call informations.
Too much moistened(including water by mistake) grease is the reason, replacement of drive shaft assembly is the way into suppression components.
The fact that the noise is not discerned immediately after cold starting and the phenomena appears according to the increase of the temperature of the motor. So I guess hardness of impacted grease is not enough, too soft, application of more viscoelasticity there may solve this noisy problem, only replacing harder grease may be effective, but dirty and troublesome work it'll be.
Rough measurement of setback on NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz proved the previous adjustment was not enough, residual value is about 2minutes minus(angle), that's caused by ill setting of frontal main bar, it's twisted on counterclockwise.
