Ashamed

I went to Itami airport to pick mine up from Narita last night.

Who on earth designed the place? No convenience is considered for the users there.Just troublesome to carry the baggages into the car trunk, because of parking place, additionally strange police like dressed person(actually not) complained about illegal parking, how come?

This kind of trouble is never imagined at any airports in US!

Designing itself and government's initiatives are far from enough.

I just felt ashamed at that time.
