BC7 I'm keeping is not produced in Japan at Gumma pref. but manufactured in US, Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc.

As we know the axle constructions for US have ordinal tendency to be relatively flexible and softer compared with European one's, so only the axle constructions are replaced into European's, shock absorbers and coil springs are for GC8-GDB, all the arm bushes are for BC5-RS and Eg mounts also.

All the maintenance procedures are performed by myself taking time as long as 8 year for renewal.

Additionally wheel alignments and constructive geometry checking and adjusting were performed so seriously and precisely utmost.

Now this 20 years old BC7 Legacy has completely nothing wrong!

I went to Itami airport to pick mine up from Narita last night.

Living alone two weeks brought some emotional changes on me, considerations on myself.

Anyway I must receive her involving her sadness in the evening today at Itami airport.

As for me, I gained my body weight 2kg, but soon reduced by something.

Emotional stability

Two weeks absense of mine realized me how the fact affects on my emotional condition, finding some sign of the disease, so to speak "Depression". Though I was like another person on this problem, I could think over the aged mental disease as myself.

Once I had some friends, good couple, he run away to another girl, then the female fell into "Depression" disease, changed her personality completely.

Rapidly changing evironment, lack of usual daily stimulation and wounded mind may cause emotional disease, "Depression".

At last 200 years old geriatric appeared on earth ! Of course it's only on the family resister with no survival possibility. Unnecessary payments were already performed and not a little illegal peoples would be punished according to the Law.

Affairs

Trial starting of air compressor this morning has proved it works well like nothing had happened yesterday, how come? I realized that the mechanical and electric machinery sometime unpredictable errors.

Though in case of military airplane, the cause of the error must be known at any rate, of course as an urgent task, but this time on mine, I'm going to leave it undone and forget the affair yesterday, because the compressor is working so well after that and the safty of the relief valve is proved as it performed safely at necessary moment by accident.

In case additional trouble would come out again and it's so often, the replacement of control valve with pressure sensor would be carried out, depending on the weather from now.

Finding out the condition for reprimand by her this morning, watering only on the foliage plant in higher position of the cupboard was not enforced, leaves are bowing down out of hearts. Just I'm praying to recover itself safe, otherwise some quarreling war would happen on comming Sunday night.

Compressor disorder

The control of air pressure on this compressor is like this, main switch ON and power motor start to move belt connected pump, pressure sensor control magnetic relay to cut off the circuitry when the pressure comes to 7k/cm3, re-switch ON when comes down to 5k/cm3 till 7k/cm3, these actions are repeated continuously.

The affair this morning was unusual disfunction of cut off relay, the power motor continued running over 7k/cm3, because cut off mechanism could not work well leading to the action of safety relief valve opening with jet like noise.

Then what would happen this safety valve did not open by some lusting or sludge? Big-bahn like bomb would occurred resulting miserable landscape involving neighbors, supposing awful disasters.

Precise and careful checking and servicing on machineries for business use are necessary to continue good business.

Today's affair gave me a best lesson on earth.

Judging from the apperance of the pressure controller case, the construction inside is mechanical relays with coil spring and valve, manufactured not by HITACHI but by some specialized manufacturer. Direct contact to the company in very near future would be available to obtain the repair part, pressure control valve, identification of the parts number and the manufacture's name would be the enough informations to seek on WEB site.

The diameter of the brake disc rotor may affect the steering reactions, also the weight has much to do with that of physical properties, increasing under sping weight, the 1st law of movement, Law of inertia and Gyroscopic phenomena.

They strongly affect on steering reaction and on compliance in axle construction.

Now I'm at a loss how to choose the frontal disk brake setting, 16' and 17' both disk rotors and brake calipers both are prepared. Yes 17' disk rotor has much weight comparing with that of 16', how shall I do about BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model?

Graduated Doctors

The capability as a doctor is nourished while younger hood immediately after graduation. The stimulative circumstance affect his or her way of docter's life in future, so the individual potentials must be drawn out enough while the training period. In another words, the basic capability as a professional does not make so much progress as desired if he or she gets older, unless adequate sensitivities and self principles are not constructed inside of themselves.

It's relatively difficult to have the self-development concept, because they are regarded by the staff as the persons at an admirable situation.

Where, how, how deeply he or she is trained after graduation, that fully controls the future direction of the doctor.

A person has a tendency to choose the easier and effective way, as for my opinion any way will do if it's difficult one, because the works to overcome several hardships would be a good energy to make progress at any rate.

Stimulations, scientific circumstances and the self intentions based on scientific curiosities are the most important requirements for the newly graduated young doctors.

This opinion is dictated after my own 50 years experiences as both a researcher and a general practitioner.

Nuclear Weapon

US attacked Hiroshima and Nagasaki with Atomic Nuclear Bombs about 60 years ago. They actually did Nuclear Attack onto our country twice !

On 6th August 1945 at 8:15 AM in the center of Hiroshima City with throwing down Plutonium Atomic Bomb named "Little Boy" carried there by the bomber B29 named "Enola gay" and on 9th August 1945 at 11:12 AM onto Nagasaki city with Uranium Atomic Nuclear Bomb named "Fat man" by also B29 named "Box Car".

US insists on the purposes as to ending The Pacific War as soon as possible, then why different type of Nuclear bomb were used promptly on earth. Their explanations for the purposes are considered later, it only a falsehoods.

They don't have the way to convincing reasons, just they wanted to know the results of different bombs promptly obtaining scientific datum if exploded on human being actually instead of just experiments.

It's sad the German U-boat onboarded Nuclear Bomb materials to be handed to Japanes engineers changed the destination into US following the destruction Nazi Germany.

As a comfort at least Japanese submarine I-58 could sunk USS Indianapolis CA-35 with three torpedos that had carried Atomic bombs to Tenian on the way back. Captain Hasimoto had some regret that he could have done it on the way to Tenian with Atomic bombs together if he could arrived at the opperation area much earlier.

We Japanese proved how awful it would be if used actually.

We must do something as the only Nuclear Attacked Nation, but deeper consideration must be required, because different opinion may exist.

Leaders that much more you promote the horror of nuclear weapons might want to have it

HOMARE motor

I happen to see memorious airplane engine "HOMARE" in Traffic memorial museum at Bentencho OSAKA yesterday. The motor was developped as a next generation 2000HP after 1000HP "SAKAE" before the Pacific War in 1941.

The Imperial Japanese Force Army and Navy decided to produce the motor designed by Nakajima, obtaining the 2000HP power without increasing it's size especially diameter by adding two cylinders on "SAKE" with high compression and premium 100 octane fuel. Unfortunately such high octane was impossible while the war in Japan, deeper considerations by the engineers led to the conclusion to compensate the lack of octane by the alcohol injection method.

Actually the later testing with high octane fuel by US army proved the excellence of the Japanese representative motor "HOMARE".

The fact that the remarkable improvements were provided every while the wars, the histories show the truth. Now we Japanese are in the Economic War indeed. In automobile industries are in fierce fighting, newer technologies has been introduced these years.

A mosquito was found in auto cabin this morning, without deeper considerations I thought it possible to get it out by fully opening windows.

But I had an attack by it after 5 minutes driving, my good imagination was in vain, the air flow while driving in town speed was not effective to let it out.

Bear in mind that the mosquito in the car must be let out before starting or attack it before being attacked.

New BMW 120 Coupe

My perception on BMW 3 series may be so old, based on initial model E21, now I wanna have 120 coupe, so lovely one.

But problem exits, the critical requirements are not satisfied, six cylinder straight with silky feelings, body weight less than 1200kg and left handled with 5 speeds manual trans-axle.

There are many powerful vehicles but heavy, dull and truculence nowadays.

I'll throw away all the 4 vehicles I'm keeping now without any hesitations and buy new BMW 120 if the absolute requirements are fulfilled.

Mole beating

Mole bating game is exactly the same as the servicing on XH200 Opel Vectra, so a funny mole is drawn in the symbol mark of OPEL Vectra Owners Cluｂ in Yokohama. The defects occurs very often, one by one, one after another.

Probablly no Vectra goes without any trouble now after more than 10 years from distributions.

The manager of the special board is incredibly kind enough to fully take care of any applicants there, judging from his descriptions, he must be a scientific researcher in the considerable institute.

My basic perception on vehicle is that it's no problem if it goes well mechanically and the pleasant recreational equipments are not always necessary like luxury audio system , NAVI,fully automatic air conditioner, power window nor even power steering devices, AM & FM radio and heater are enough for me.

Now mechanical door locking construction does not work well on Vectra, radio control system is already deserted because of ill functions.

One of solenoid must affect the smooth movement of the linkage, so door inner panel must be removed and checked, also glass position adjusting and gear grease up must be required at the same time by chance, it's boring and tiresome, because these tasks have nothing to do with any rnning performance.

Anyway key system must be disassembled thoroughly otherwise Vectra with defected air conditioning does not run.

Holidays

Bon holidays are coming one week later, but mine are already occupied by automobile servicing.

Frontal shock absorbers replacement on XH200 Opel Vectra and following wheel alignment re-settings.

The magnetic relay replacement of starter motor on EP82 TOYOTA Starlet. And frontal toe-in value adjustment following previous setback adjustment.

Setback adjustment on BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi and following wheel alignment checking.

Frontal drive shafts replacement on NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz, before that included grease must be cleaned and new chrom molybdenum grease should be re-packed, because re-call information says so moistened wrong grease.

On SXE10 TOYOTA Alteza wheel alignments are perfect, on-line-feeling is established without unreasonable sticky and strutting reactions in centric steering position.

It relatively easy even in an academic field to make up to cheat people, but impossible to pretend and to deceive ourselves, because there clearly exists the person who knows all about that.

Next generation

The strongest living thing in human world must be an infant and it's mother on earth.

Recently the reduction of population is the primary problem in Japan. In order to change the tendency reversely the construction of convenient social circumstances for nourishing new born babies is indispensable, I wanna put an emphasis on this point for the political ｌeaders, because the importance is not geriatrics but the our next generations.

Heavy vehicles

Recent automobile has increased in weight, the safety mechanism, the ecologic devices and the anti-polluting systems are the criminals. More weight requires the higher motor power, more powerful stopping brake constructions and wider treaded tires. From the physical propertie's point of view, no advantage is to be found to increase the weight of the vehicle.

The principle by Principia proves that the lighter vehicle never be inferior to heavier ones if it is used on the Earth.

The advantage of keeping the first generation SUBARU Legacy is the convenience for obtaining the replacement parts, the parts of later model Impreza are interchangeable with Legacy except the differences of the wheel base about 100mm.

Impreza has the tendency to be bought by Sports Enthusiasts and the Axle Parts are replaced into more harder and sporty third party's ones.

Naturally originally factory equipped parts are in vain and thrown away unused.

Such kind of original genuine parts are found relatively easily on the WEB site.

Consequently the axle parts are changed into Impreza GC8 WRX's ones with the best fitting, braking systems are also changed into nowadays specifications.

The manager of coffee shop in my neighborhood went away in the beginning of this year.

Accuracy in Wheel alignment

In wheel alignment adjustment procedures, the value of camber angle is difficult to be measured and to be adjusted firmly and evenly on both sides of the vehicle.

Ordinally the special tool is utilized to know the vertical inclination, camber, but the reading the buble position in convexed glass tube method is far from accurate measurment. This unreliable tool used from long time ago made it difficult to measure and to adjust the camber value on earth. In addition to reading difficulty, the fixation of the device is unstable, because magnetic construction is equipped on the combining surfaces with the wheel hub. And the distance of the measuring points, hub diameter are around 55mm, it's too short to obtain the datum with accuracy and repeatability.

I just imagined to amplify these hub diameter's two points to utmost length till actual measurment phaze, to 1719,75mm multiply 2 diameter with mechanical pendulum construction.

Deeper considerations later.

Oil reserver and filler is hand made this morning. Processes photos shows every thing without any explanations. Small plastic piece end is remolded by heating.

My girl friends hesitate to introduce me to their another friends, because suddenly I say so straight not with along ordinal common sense.

They do not want to put themselves in such a situation to be with their red faces ?

Next I'm going to consider about this critical problems.

Camber Scale

Frontal camber angle values were re-checked on EP82 TOYOTA Starlet today.

Specially designed and fablicated device has 1719,75mm radias pendulum construction, the radias length was decided in order to read the 2 minutes value per 1mm scale.

Absolute reference plane is epoxy glued on the side wall utilizing defected hard disk and the extention pipe to the hub surface is the empty coffee can that is precisely adjusted for top and bottom surface. Of course the parallelism to the zero degree position is calibrated certainly prior to the actual scaling procedures.

Probably the measuring error would be far superior to the conventional bable position reading magnetic setting devise or laser beam equipped expensive total wheel alignment testers.

The result obtained today, frontal right negative camber was 38,20 minutes and left side 38,50 minutes. That's no problem.

Equipments

Syncro scope and Audio tester are used for circuitry adjusting. Though they are half a century old enough, even now both of them are fully active with adequate calibrations. The company "TRIO" does not exists recently, but had been survived with other name, "KENWOOD".

These devices are indispensable for actual measurements and adjustment of hand making amplifiers.

Golden colored case includes transmitting circuitry driven by tubes, this is for Radio control air plane also 50 years ago.
