Survival divide 72 hours

Miserable disaster occurred 72 hours ago at Atami in Shizuoka Prefecture and the hope for finding out alive is reducing, sad as it is. Our topography dominated by mountains obliges to produce fan-shaped land. And the specific land itself had been formed by Debris, Flow and Flood repeated so may times historically. From the Topographic point of view, so many dangerous places must be scattered everywhere.
