Thrust corrected on Air-cooled VW Super Beetle

Corrected thrust angle discrepancy, minus 4.40 minutes angle value dramatically changed the steering feel of Air-cooled VW Super Beetle. The thrust angle adjustment seeking an ultimate Zero value should be performed immediately after the front lower arm bush replacement, but it was neglected undone till today. It goes without writing that stable and sticky at centric position reaction were obtained, it is just acceptably comfortable with joy. I determined to continue this vehicle more longer. The thrust angle was checked also on Audi A3 and LASER installed level scale proved to be in good condition. Good weather information for tomorrow invites me to deep into the mountains for photo shooting, after a long absence, I'll do that tomorrow in Super Beetle.

Fine but dark cloud remains

A dawn this morning is purely clear high up in the sky, the end of May this year would be concluded with the finest weather, but dark cloud filled with SARS Covid 2 is still now remaining on our land consistently, the authority decided to prolong the State of Emergency till the 20th next month, how come? Itami Airport with 600mm

Audi A3 DBA 8PCAX Water pump replaced

Replacement of the rotten water pump were performed safe on Audi A 3 BDA-8PCAX the day before yesterday. These pics are unable until visiting the place and existing at the specific position in an adequate opportunity. Most of the good scenery are depending of Luck?

Photo shooting & vehicle out of order

Too much comfortably fine day from the morning invited me to get out for shooting in spite of our Emergency Statement, the spots I visited were David Austin Roses Garden, Negoro-Temple and Kokawa-Temple, all of them situate in Southern Osaka. 26 degree climate is the temperature of the beginning of Summer season at all, consequently water supply was desired continuously on the ways. It is very difficult to shoot the object that had been completed Artistically already, because there is no room to interrupt and cut into the finished Art. To show artistically the already completed Artistic Object might be impossible at all. Whenever I gaze at the shooting object deeply and find out any Naturally existing Art, I feel the lack of capability of my own to catch and express my emotional intentions. Conquering this kind of inferiority complex to the "Natural Art" is my task lasting endlessly in all through my life. Audi A3 DBA-8PCAX has a problem not to be ignored, a marking of water dropping is found just at the right front wheel portion. As I pored water in the window washer tank at full level, over-flowed residual water might have spilled or that of hose connection, in the worse case, water pump for main engine sealing leading to pump replacement, though I wanna deny it such a heavy duty work----she is over 10 years old----it might be a time? But, the same VW made vehicle, an air-cooled Beetle produced 50 years ago has a different story at all. No smart controlling but fully mechanically controlled for fuel supply. Before that, DC motor involved are starter motor and that for wiper action only, no other drivers such as blower motor nor window washer pump, pressure for this action is utilized that of spare tire, of course, no power window system. The concept to measure the sophistication of the culture by counting the number of the Electric motors installed, Air-cooled Beetle is far behind of sophistication. It is true that I pay the best concentration on the fuel mixture controlling especially in idling situation. Because the head is large on this point, if compared with Golf 7 and Audi A3 BDA-8P-CAX, I want to put an emphasis on this point. Anyway, I could pass the examination with no problem. Photo lesson this afternoon I took part in was worth attending with much harvest. Probably, this new photographic instructor would guide me to far better direction. The affairs today

7 years have passed since our VW Golf 7 has been newly purchased and I'm going to take it to Kobe Transport Bureau for periodical inspection performed by the Authority every 2 years. Improved SONY Nex-3 grip tightness

Taking the taste and feeling good on modification of the grip shape formed on SONY A-9, I applied the same manner on SONY NEX 3 that also lacks holding tightness. In spite of layman's experimental trials, good enough result was obtained to satisfy myself. No anxiety that the camera body might be fallen down because of lack of tightness. I should pay attention unnecessarily too small and too thin undercut made me afraid of accident every time. Now, I feel tight holding feel leading to safety.

Return to original shooting style

In order to return to origin of photo shooting for full manually shooting, I made up my mind to do that on Canon 7D. not only zoom lens but also 3 fixed focal length lenses are going to be invited. Minolta MC Rokkor 58 mm/f1.4 for 85 mm equivalent and Minolta MD Rokkor 35 mm/ f2.8 for 52 mm had the same operations on the sunshade promptly. The modified lens hoods look the same as lens barrel length, extraordinary long hoods they are. Hood depth should be as long as possible under the requirement that the lens barrel set in infinity position and the iris should be the most closed condition. It goes without reporting that the internal surfaces of them are all plated with non-reflective black cloth, indispensable countermeasure for avoiding the intrusion of reflective light noise.

Flattened gripping surface to meet with middle finger far improved the grasping SONY Alpha 9 especially when relatively heavy lens is fixed, holding power is adequately distributed on frontal 3 fingers. Thanks to the sophisticated designing on Leica SL 2, I could have a motivation to arrange the unacceptable figure on the strange grip design, it caused me thumb finger base pain. Suppose that all the pistol grip never incline to backward, why the camera grip only for middle finger should incline backward? Yes, of course, important shutter action movement by mother finger is considered, in relation with it is considered, I know. It is a matter for regret that I should do this much more earlier before I'm suffered from finger pain. I'm looking forward to have an individual opinion by SONY professional photographers on my arrangement of modified grip.

Grip form

I've been suffering from sharp pain on the right hand thumb finger as long as 2 months. An important tube pentode 6BM8 was destroyed by my mistake mainly caused by painful and uncontrollable thumb finger. Relatively heavy weight low frequency amplifier was slipped down only few centimeter causing a delicate tube destruction, it's a most miserable affair these days, I don't recognize it was caused by age, never, just because of sharp thumb finger pain only at specific angle? Longer period of time was not required to seek out the reason of consistently lasting pain, too small designed grip of SONY Alpha 9 was the criminal. As a proof, I feel some uncomfortable pain only around the base of thumb finger whenever I hold it with over 500 gr zoom lens together. Careful investigation on the shape of the grip, in manual focusing situation with rotating focusing ring that is positioned anteriorly frontal portion requires to be supported all the weight lens & camera body together around 1 kg only on the right thumb finger, no cooperations with other residual 4 fingers. And this unacceptable phenomena should be caused by too small finger grip design of the Body. Canon EOS 7D does not have this kind of inconvenience at all, of course the grip shape designing ara completely different each other. As a matter for my surprise, a primitive experimental trial to put 3 pieces of wood chop stick could solve the nervous problem thoroughly, how come? Closing the convex shape for middle finger makes it possible to move the gripping position of residual 3 fingers except middle finger upward about 8 mm and the gripping by little finger should be acquired firmly that had been lost with it's original gripping shape. The frontal gripping surface that is newly formed by small wooden parts with 4 mm moving anteriorly takes effect unintentionally. Lateral width of them suits well the sizes of the length between the first joint and 2nd joint of 3 fingers leading to continuous fixed and tight folding by 3 fingers. Needless to say that, sharp pain when I hold SONY camera body disappeared at all after this modification. Suppose LEICA SL 2 model, the concave engraving for middle finger is not necessary for camera gripping though our domestic manufacturers are determining as a fixt idea, especially, SONY Alpha body design lacs vertical height too small, especially inconvenient foreigners with larger palm shape. Closing sensor window for remote controlling does not matter because I never use the function but Wi-Fi connection and touching front dial with upper part to middle finger also the least interference at all. Trifle but indispensable attempt and new favorable findings like these provide me more motivation to proceed in shooting photograph, so happy!

RMC Tokina 35-105/3.5-4.3 obtained

Newly obtained RMC Tokina 35-105/3.5-4.3 is now set on SONY Mirrorless body, of course this zoom lens is well maintained by disassembling and grease up procedure. In Yahoo Auction no bidder except myself did not appear and I got it at seller's initial price 300 yen. From wideside 35 to teleside 105 focus length is the most suitable variation for me in actual use. This kind of old zoom lens produced by 3ird party company sells very cheap price like nothing in spite of residual superb performance, I don't know why. Though focusing and setting iris value are manually adjusted by the photographer, the capability to make up wonderful transparency is remained at all. The photographer became so luxually and gorgeus to take a photograph and so sophisticated mechanism permits any errors by the user. Desperate efforts done by the engineers who belongs to camera manufacturing company to establish sophisticated camera system makes a user dull and Amaembou. Supporting too much makes a man spoiled.

Amagasaki bay area

Amagasaki Nobinobi Park was the location place the day before yesterday, very few visitors there as imagined priorly. The smell was that of the place near the sea are, very calm and stable always as it was. There was no bright and cheerfully peaceful atmosphere as before the disaster this time. Shooting target is that I have been intending for long time, very rare rusted bellows pipe is very seldom to be observed except chemical plant like Higashi-Kaigan-Chyo. In spite of fine days, going outside is not forbidden even for a walk, how come? I wonder how long does this kind of bound condition with invisible string last from now, or this kind of stressful atmosphere would not be changed?

All doors closed

Umeda chika and 3 Bangai are all closed these days following an idea of Administrative Emergency Declaration, dark, cold and threatening atmospheric condition is exactly that of under war condition.
