All the immigrant to Japan would be isolated for 2 weeks in some specific place to check CV19 infection, this regulation is applied onto Japanese also. Authorities are announcing not to go out except emergency or urgency and some of restaurant are closing or shortening their dealings. Schools are closed and children have no way to escape. Theaters are also shut downed their ticket-vending. School festivals are canceled in spite of their long waited pleasure. Atmospheric condition is unusual everywhere.
No matter how busy for countermeasures to CV19 our daily lives might be, Cherry blossoms in Osaka are in full bloom as usual.
