Miserable occupation?

Circumstances beyond our control are occurring now, who, how would be prove the right of Medical and Para-Medical staff? They are making desperate effort, so obliged, in very dangerous condition, they are not soldiers but doctors whose occupations are conversely opposite. Their duty is to make a man survive and rescued in exchange for their lives. The condition now do not allow them run away leaving their duty, does it look the same as "Kamikaze Attack" we did onto US Carrier Attack Army 75 years ago?
Doctors as victims will be a "Military God" after they go to Heaven?
