Gimbal stick & PILOT Junior

Replacement of the lubricant from ordinary Silicone grease into Carbon Graphite
in the gimbals stick construction required several change of settings, gimbals tension spring strength, D/R ratio and the value of Exponential for all the 3 channels, aileron, elevator and rudder.
All the moving wings were controlled too much under the former settings, also the neutral return spring ratios were weakened.
It proved that the slipping resistor between the lever and the pins affects all the setting condition in the gimbals stick movement.
Automatically, it does on the actual flight itself.
It might be regarded as a trifle matter at all, but piled trifles is not always trifle but is important and produces differences.

PILOT Junior is now construction preparing for the next Golden Age & Old Time meeting in next Autumn.
The power source is L.M. Cox Medallion 15 with modified front carburetor holder for ENYA 15 throttle valve. The part was made by the Lost wax casting method DIY.
As I prefer some stable operation from lo to hi rotation, I chose Medallion rather than more hi power Tee Dee 15 that has hi compression head and double Schnerle scavenging ports.
