The thrust angle on XH200W were adjusted firmly today, the errors were caused by rear lateral arm ball joints replacement last time. The angle value was minus 1min and 19sec. Though the steering action with this error was almost acceptable, I dare adjust to the utmost accurately on earth, needless to say that the steering action became far better, far tight in centric position.
By the way, the permissible tolerance on European Safety Standard is plus minus 10 minutes on thrust angle.
For measuring and adjusting laser pointer equipped special was used on the distance of 2645mm. The value of negative cambers for rear axle were previously fixed precisely at the inclination of 90min, utilizing 1719,75mm diameter pendulum special tool, the reason for the diameter is convenience of reading 2min/1mm.
