Global military power balance has been established between Great power countries after WW2 for over 70 years. As a matter for our all surprise, US and PRC has announced concerned the Joint Declaration on Methane Gas emission. They are first and second Methane producing countries.
If we proceed our thoughts, what will happen if the negotiations in every matters including military balance and go better?
To be clear that the result of the situation with disappearing of need for competitions, what will happen in the world?
All the expenses spent for military use will be done only for welfare for the people and all the people will live better condition, it's like a world of John Lennon's song, all the people in the world are all happy in Paradise.
Conflict is inevitable to be solved by some power, International Police will be active, not military power. Not killing each other to solve the problem but negotiation talk will be the way to do that in any case.
Do they desert all the Nuclear weapons thoroughly on Earth though they had been at their hand to keep their identities strong?
Critically unstable condition will be produced if US Military 100 bases scattered over Japan land are removed!
Our countermeasure method might come to the most unfavorable destination that should be avoided utmost.
We are prepared for that in the industrial technology and piled raw materials independently, but we don't want that.
